  • Can-Am Spyder F3S Test Ride and Review. Sorry about the poor audio quality at the very end when I toured the motorcycle shop - the microphone had fallen out of the helmet.

    Every spyder video is a first time squid that compares it to a motorcycle and whines that its so different. Im about to order a F3S and keeping my vtx 1800 too.

      Don't forget, you lean the same direction that you are turning. Ever see any side_car races?

    You kinda liked it, but like you said it’s not like a two wheel bike!! I’m thinking about one for next season. The wife and I logged a ton of miles on my 1997 Valkyrie however I had a stroke about 5 years ago and the only thing that never returned was my sense of balance. The Spider will be the best for us. They are a bit pricey so I’ll be looking for a clean used one.

    Actually considering going from 2 to 3 wheels and this is the model l like. Also wanted to give your channel a bump and could use one back. Keep the videos coming. Love the F3-S!

    Short shift, you don't need to rev high. Take advantage of the high torque engine!

    I don't know why you say you can't lean into turns on the Can-Am Spyder. I have the 2014 RTSE and I love taking corners tight leaning into them and have complete control, it feels great. I would never take a regular trike and drive around corners and curves the way I do on my Spyder. No it's not like riding the twisties on a two wheel bike but it beats the crap out any trike out there. A Harley trike is around $40,000 and the Can-Am Spyder costs $18,000 to $32,000 depending on model. That way more affordable than a Goldwing or Harley trike.

      Press hard on the outside footpeg/floorboard, and you will feel that you have more control in tight turns.

    Funny, 3 wheels not for you.
    (because you're used to 2)
    When we all went from driving 4 wheels to 2 it was Very different! (very cool and a bit scary at first)
    But we soon got used to it and loved it as much or even more than we could imagine. Same difference.

      That's exactly how I feel when I hear ppl talk about riding the Spyders and Rykers who's coming from 2 wheel riding.

    you know it's kinda sad to hear people that ride motorcycle complain about the can am spyder when don't ride them enough to get a feel for it if your a die-hard biker, of course, this is not for you but if 2 wheels are not your thing anymore man are they great

  • @JohnBraman413
    @JohnBraman413 Před 5 lety

    the f3 will easily go 125+ mph just being stock. there's videos online showing it. the lil 900cc ryker can do 105+ stock.

    Geez, if it’s not your style, fine, why act like it’s just for older riders? Just because we get older, doesn’t mean we don’t want to have a great time riding, or actually give a shit what bikers think. Hopefully you’ll get to 65+
