My understanding based on later scenes is that she actually is a good cook (and we all misunderstood what the Victoria housekeeper crew were implying). She just likes and cooks insanely spicy food!

We might be biased just because we already know and are familarized with their names but being honest, many of these answers could work pretty well, like Ben (the) Bigger being called Billy (the) Kid.
Anby and Nicole are in fact not related, its just that Anby has memory lost and was basically "picked up" by Nicole off the streets, thats why Anby and Nicole has the same last name. How ever its very likely she is related to soilder 11 as she refers to Anby as "Zero" in her combat lines and the character featured in soilder 11's trailer being most likely Anby. They also happen to share the same hair colour and eye pupils and its known that Anby lacks common sense. (This backstory is very simplified I recomment to just go read the backstories yourself)

Sorry I want to be annoying about it but Qingyi uses a three-section staff and not nunchucks. Zhu Yuan and Qingyi's faction, the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team seems to be the Chinese-inspired team, and nunchucks are more recognisable as an Okinawan / Japanese weapon (though there are Chinese and other Asian variants of nunchucks).
