Absolutely love everything about your templates! I usually like to mat my black cardstock with a smaller border, usually a 1/8th inch border instead of a 1/4th inch border. I know you've probably done the measurements so we can use our large cutoff pieces but if you're considering an extra add on to purchase like you did with the Ultimate DIY Scrapbook I'd totally be in! I just love the ease of using the templates instead of wasting my beautiful papers to figure it out. Thank you for everything!!

Hi Jen, love this project! Wanted to let you know about a product called Undu. It is a liquid that will let you remove stickers, scor tape, etc. you can take things apart and put them back together. The liquid dries quickly, is not harmful even to pictures and when liquid dries the sticky surface is sticky again! It is a marvelous product. I have been using it for years.

I have few questions: how did u cut the edge design of all the pages. Is it a die or manual cut?
How do u do the printable templates of so many albums, they r really useful to refer... I mean how do u manage the time doing that? U measure and draw the designs or how?
I love the pattern paper designs also. Where do u get it from?

Thank you so much! I make all of my templates by hand. I am very fortunate to be able to do what I love to do for a living. This is my job and my passion. A for the pattern paper designs, I am not sure what you are referring to but if you mean the paper collections the links are always below the video.
Hey Jen.....you do such beautiful work....can you recommend a really good printer for me?I would love to have one that does the job but is rather simple to hook up and use.

How do you keep your inks from getting all over your hands and all over your paper? My ink seems to get everywhere and makes a mess! Is it just cheap ink?
wear gloves...I get those nurses gloves that fit tight and get the box of fifty...they are only a few dollars

+linda mayor no I dont use a 12x12 printer. I use a standard printer and cut my 12x12 paper down to that standard size and run it through the printer.

Thank you Peggy! For this particular printable album I couldn't add more pages due to the thickness. But I know what you mean! People tell me all the time they like to hear me talk! I don't hear anything but who likes to hear themselves talk?
