- Hey friends, in this episode of our Overlanding Australia Road Trip, we take you along for a typical day... Well, maybe not quite so typical, as we were woken up by a suspected intruder, of the small, furry, very un-welcome type.
You'll see our campsites (one is a National Park and one is an awesome Free Camp), what we eat, and the general fun and frivolity of our day.

WHO ARE WE?
We are Nigel and Sue (NaS) Adventures, a couple of midlife adventurers. When the world went crazy, stopping our overseas travels, we bought and converted a 4x4 Sprinter Van into our tiny home on wheels. We've been Overlanding Australia living in our van since January 2021. Join us as we visit the highlights, but also share some off the beaten path hidden gems, along with the day to day realities of living in a van.

Have had a gecko living in my roof for a while now. Pulled the panels down to try and find the little bugger, no luck.

We love a toastie pie but, instead of butter on the outside of the bread, we use mayonnaise. After all, it is only made up of egg and olive oil and tastes great. Try it on your next second breakfast Nige! Keep up the good work guys. Happy travels. Mal, Ruth and Raffy.

Definitely going to get an aeropress - I keep reading good things about them. This year, Santa will be bringing the aeropress for hubby and a blendjet for me ;-) Impressive van washing by the way!
We actually have 2 aeropresses… they are brilliant

We went to Babinda when we were up this way last year. We loved it! And yea that bakery is top notch! I don’t remember which video it was in!

I have one of those Aeropress plungers: great little device. Do you use the steel filter (like me) or the paper filters?
