Ingredients
-------------------------------------------------
1 kg chicken cut 12 pcs
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 170 gm
Fried onion 300 gm
Chopped coriander
Chopped mint
Green chilli 5 pcs
For Gravy
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamom 3 pcs
Star anise 2 pcs
Bay leaves 3 pcs
Pepper corn 10 pcs
For Rice boiling:
Basmati rice 1.5 cups (Soaked before 30 mins)
Cinnamon 2 pcs
Cardamom 4 pcs
Star anise 1 pc
Cloves 8 pcs
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
For Garnish on top:
Fried onion
Chopped coriander
Chopped mint
Food colour with 2 tbsp rise water

Dumbo there is no such thing as muslim style. Muslim is a person who follows islam. Does islam give you recipes. Chicken Biryani according to Allah. Dumbo.
@@fedesetrtatio1 I don't see your point, where is the offense? All he mentioned was Muslim style, it could be Punjabi but then are you going to argue India or Pakistan? No offense brother, it does not matter Hyderabad or Karachi. He says that is how Muslims styles are and it still comes from different countries i.e. Persia, India, Pakistan etc etc.
