- "Help Me Make It Through The Night" is a country music ballad written and composed by Kris Kristofferson and released on his 1970 album Kristofferson. It was covered later in 1970 by Sammi Smith, on the album Help Me Make It Through the Night.
This Zumba dance fitness is fun and enjoyable. The more you enjoy your exercise routine like us, the more likely you are to stick with it. Many people say they have so much fun dancing that they forget they are actually exercising.
For just like us working in a BPO company Zumba Dance fitness helps us to de-stress. Turning our attention to dance, and away from the daily grind, is a great way to relieve our stress. Studies show that exercise is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration, and enhancing overall cognitive function.
Dancing is fun, Zumba makes you happy. Every time you exercise, you release endorphins, which trigger positive feelings throughout the body.
