I think that ruling about “no reasonable person would believe him” was wrong. He doesn’t present himself as entertainment and does present himself as a newsman, there is no disclaimer and most of his audience does believe him.
Isn’t that wild? It’s not even as if he is on a station NOT associated with actual (supposed) news. That ruling would’ve made more sense if his program was on Comedy Central or something

I have no words - the things that come out of his mouth.
This showed up on my suggestion list in such a timely manner.
Those families of buffalo should sue fox and tucker and the family of the shooter.
I feel like he got even worse after that judge ruled that no reasonable person would believe that his show was factual. I feel like it was shortly thereafter that he was on TV telling people to call the police on their fellow citizens if their children were wearing masks. It’s so out of control.
It basically gave him the free everything pass. As long as he isjust MORE outrageous then before, he is, as declared by rule of court, from a legal standpoint absolutely in the clear. That was the single best thing to happen to him. So sad how this ironically turned everything worse.
Don't think that that was the judge's ruling. It was more along the lines of no reasonable person would assume his purveying truth, rather than factual editorials.
Former president Trump did state that after his first impeachment, he felt untouchable. Maybe this is what happened to Carlson. "I'm lying and I can't be sued for lying because this isn't news. This is Fox Entertainment!"

Since Texas is now a purple state (in terms of national elections), as more people move to Texas and boomers die, the republicans will lose their last stronghold. That is why there is so much voter suppression bills.

@Connor Sivel Tucker Carlson's legal defense in court has repeatedly been that no reasonable person could interpret what he's saying as fact, and yet he regularly promotes his show as the one source of truth, and people believe him as if he's actually telling the truth. It might TECHNICALLY be legal, but it is sort of like having a restraining order taken out on you but still telling people you're married to that person.
Also, I love how you imply that the only punishment for crime is the death penalty. Haha, killing people is TIGHT!
