One of my favorite Amber teams (which a lot of Amber mains run) is Amber, Rosaria(you can substitute support Ganyu) Sucrose (Kazuha is not the better choice here.) and Diona in a Melt team. I'm able to hit around 100K each with her bunnies (I have c5 Amber so her talents are 10, 13, 13). This team can be harder to run before C4, but if you aren't planning on running Abyss with the team it doesn't really matter.

I really like Amber and even though i do not have the high investment in her that you do i think she is a great character. I also love her Japanese voice lines.
