Teal is an epic example of living in integrity. Despite incessant attacks from spiritually misaligned people, she remains true to her message. Never watered down. Never silenced. A Braveheart Queen indeed.

How does she shame sexuality? She has videos on how to use orgasms for manifestations, she's even said in her shadow work videos how she LOVES sex. Can you link me to some videos or places where she has said what you're saying she said? I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I'm legitimately curious. It would make sense though, given her sexual abuse as a kid. I don't think any human is perfect, and how she healed from the childhood she had is pretty amazing in and of itself.

it's like integrity sometimes is the opposite of survival instinct. We avoid whatever's detrimental to our survival, which is why we lie, steal, play the victim, etc. Integrity is recognizing that preserving and perpetuating our moral standards, maybe in the hopes they'll abolish corruption in future generations or clean up the genepool, takes precedence over our self preservation. which is hard enough without others condemning you for it.
I'd say integrity aligns with survival instinct. The difference is, it's the survival as a whole, not as the individual. Living in integrity is living in the highest good for society because you truly believe in what you are saying and you acknowledge that will contribute to the highest good of society, it will contribute to the evolution and well being of others. You are aware that everyone is connected, so if the whole crumbles you crumble along with them. If you crumble it's ok, the whole didn't crumble. If there's no one to defend something different things will stagnate and the whole will go on a downward loop to destruction.
My heart is so content that you are alive, it's the feeling where it hurts and I get tearie eyed but not because of sadness because of relief

Step 7 Don't act impulsively. Good one! Often I've felt lack of integrity for not lashing out when someone crossed my boundary. I confused being impulsive for integrity. This video might've prevented a criminal record.
I feel the same thing ... but I had rage issues and didn't want to be a slave to those either, and I found a way to wait to see ... even just a few seconds, to see what is the most minimal reaction I could give to still feel aligned
When I was a child it was my understanding that a person would act with integrity, because of having a conscience and to act otherwise meant having no conscience. Now I think of lacking conscience as being immature, or unaware, or not awake.
As these years roll by, you truly demonstrate what it looks like to be continuously rising to a better version of oneself. I always ask myself, " Now how the hell is she gonna top that one." you continue to amaze again and again. Always popping up at the craziest of times with exactly what I need to hear...like the missing piece of the super-puzzle in which I call my day. Sending yet another virtual "hats off" from the soul.

That's a fact besides a true apology should b legit & no justifications & own up & take responsibility 4 actions that was taken that's how I look @ it now
This is the reason why people tell you one thing and really mean something else, as a result of this, I end up feeling really confused about people and similarly, people get confused by me, cause I don't know how to react to their absolute dishonesty haha.
I appreciate that she made this video. There is not a lot of content on this subject. But I have to point out that she conflates honesty and integrity, e.g. 2:34. Integrity is about the consistency of a person's behavior. A person can be consistent but still dishonest.

What?....Awesome. Side-note, I think that often we believe that we have integrity when we say the truth. I have found that we use the truth, that we exploit the truth and we can manipulate with it...so there are three stages or levels; one is to be truthful, then be honest, and then to have integrity. Integrity is the highest level of behavior. When someone applies integrity to their truth through honesty the opinion and respect of oneself becomes to him/herself the standard by which we measure what we do, what we say, and the how, thus these principles become ever more exigent and the pursuit of happiness becomes a reality if not the acquisition of it.
I am working on my integrity and this has been extremely helpful. Thank you!
Thanks always. I have been struggling with hiding an addiction from everyone I love because I am afraid of their reaction to my lack of integrity. I tell myself its under control as a result, and so I do not reach out for help when all other parts of me are in agreement with their concern for my health.

i've seen it recommended to keep track of hydration levels throughout the day , that dehydration could trigger a bunch of physiological and subconscious reactions(usually impatient ones) with little chance for the conscious mind to calibrate for...
I haven't watched this yet, but I literally didn't even KNOW what integrity was before watching this vid (cant wait til the commercial ends)

Thank you. Well explained. The hardest part for me is the gray area. What is right and wrong exactly? When I am put in the a situation, I normally freeze. Also a lot of times I reacted to things instinctively and they're normally negitive. It's hard for me to catch myself before I react.

Teal, I just wanted to take the time to say how much I really appreciate all that you do. I discovered you several years ago. Last year I read all three of your books. You've never said anything that I felt was out of alignment with my own internal guidance and belief systems. I pull up your videos and watch them over again on a regular basis. There's just so much to take in and let settle into your spirit. I put you up against the absolute truths that I've discovered and speak and live, you stand tall and in alignment with those truths. I use you as sort of a keel to help my balance and guidance systems to navigate through this life. Can I ask do you believe in when someone close to you passes away do they come back as something else like a bird or something? I only ask because I lost my dad and my mum later and every time I'm upset over something silly or major a robin comes real close and looks at me hopping from bench to bench in the garden I was really close to my mum but I actually think this robin is my dad just by it's characteristics!!! Hey Teal I just spent hours standing in the cold being stood up by a friend who promised he would meet me. I feel like ive been stung by his lack of integrity & I dont know how to deal with it in a constructive way...I really want to tell him how mean his is & express my feelings, but i also just want let it go & pretend he never existed...literally . I herd you mention not acting out untill all parts of you are taken into consideration... I feel torn 50/50 Do you have any idea's on what might be a good thing to do? Thanks Teal xxx

Your pure-consciousness is always flowing through filters of varying divine alignment (i.e. evolution or emotional_resolution) which affect the quality of your mental permutations.. including those regarding "integrity" itself. Therefore, *integrity is ultimately operating from heart intelligence which is a purer non-dualistic state of true action and awareness from your incarnational blueprint.*
The moment you move into INTELLECTUALIZATION and BRAIN THOUGHT you regress into non-unity where judgment (like "integrity or not?") can occur. This also requires a reference point from which judgments can be made. In this particular "New Age" where many awakened are incorporating higher-dimensional concepts into one's 3D thinking.. mentally defining Integrity therefore becomes more difficult and elusive due to dimensional vacillation of the mental reference point from which integrity is defined.
That explained.. due to Soul Contract w/Teal I am now obligated to mention this word EVERY post. (It also turns her on)

Who does your After Effects?
Integrity must be measured or able to be measured. The rule of law from the age of 1066 and subsequent additions and alterations up to the time of Cromwell. The rule of law becomes vague and morphs into legalese. The Law is the measure of integrity for our contemporary age. Legislation is the measure of commonalities dealt with before the law but not under it. (ie no integrity). Morality is a common sense measure usually formed by historical mistakes of a group of people in economy.
