Some people naturally sleep on their back and find it much more comfortable than their sides. I have a few family members who are like this, I think it’s because they grew up with massive families and small homes so they got into the habit of lying in one spot and not moving. But they all have great posture and their skin is amazing! They find sleeping on their sides uncomfortable😂
@@hhshsksks9593 Its not the shape of the bones that cause asymmetry (for most). Most asymmetry is caused by muscles not aligning correctly. For instance, when you sleep on your side/stomach, the bed pushes against your facial muscles and causes asymmetry, it doesn't alter how your bone grows unless you lie face down on a firm mattress 24/7.
Your teeth are probably the reason why your face is still assymetrical, make sure they are not crooked and sleep on your back, if they are crooked use braces
Sleeping on ur back without letting ur face droop sideways you dumb asses Yall relax the neck muscles when sleeping That makes yall drop on one side Its sleeping with ur head looking straight up no side drooping no nothing 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
This is a trick of camera speed. Her face is average in symmetry. Anyone’s face will look more symmetrical when the filter is used at this speed, versus much slower.
Advice : I put a little pillow just below my back, it balance my back bend (hope it might be helpful and hope you can understand my English 🙏🏽😊) It is way less painful 😊
Pretty accurate, cause when I face side (left or right) while laying down, my nose and mouth pretty falls which can stretch it into the left or right and make it assymetrical. ☠️
Yes OK, but always laying on the back will give you also a flat back head, everyone knows that it's better to turn a baby's head. I wish this girl had turn left or right.. No pretty face can balance that.
@@KosmoRedRev I am surprised that my old comment was still capable of attracting comments, even just a little. Anyway, that is really risky, for me. We really do need to balance the direction.
Did you know that you could turn your sleep paralysis into a beautiful lucid dream? Don't be scared and just imagine anything you'd like to experience and boom! It instantly happens! ❤ If more people knew about this, I think sleep paralysis will soon be one of the most positive words in the world. Just saying.
Sometimes i just sleep on my left and then the next day the right. In the end it makes the gravity more balanced. The reason it makes your face asymmetrical is because the gravity pulls parts of your face like your nose down during your sleep and overtime the nose will slant to the way you sleep. So if you switch up what sides you sleep it should be fine
Why this so true💀🤣 not just that I’m already used to sleeping on my side. I feel so uncomfortable nd if I do manage to fall asleep on my back I’ll end up waking up on my side🤦🏽♂️😭
There's a reason humans tend to sleep to the sides. It's for the protection of your vital organs. Just like our cats and dogs who show their tummies only when they feel protected.
Im a side and back sleeper as in i fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side lol. My teeth on one side of my face are a little more straigher than the side i dont usually sleep on. We're made up of tissues bones and ligaments, sometimes getting into habits can slightly change the way the soft tissue and ligaments interact with bone but it definitely doesn't change one whole side of the face or else most of us would have some stark crazy looking faces on one side.
So far what you can do at home is simple exercises/stretches especially to the affected side. What it does is train a group of certain muscles, one of them probably work harder than the other. It also might be uneven fat in your face, try getting a defined jawline, pluck your eyebrows and get a symmetrical haircut (ex. Middle part) The best thing to do is to speak to your doctor and get a possible jaw surgery
It’s mostly in genes cause I have a very crooked jawline and only sleep on my back but my mothers jaw is crooked and my father has scoliosis so do I, so sleep however you want :)
If anyone actually wants to start sleeping on their back, here's a tip: Put two pillows under ur head like that it lifts more and is more comfortable to sleep on ur back.

Get braces. Aligning your teeth properly helps and do facial exercises and don't use the phone all day, especially like a lazy duck on one side
