This is why I just don't drive up there too often, otherwise I'll have to find a way to live there. You're right, it's amazing!

Agree with most of these! BUT there’s just a major pro for the east side in my opinion. The feel! It just feels older, older trees, historic houses. I love the feel of driving around Sandy and Millcreek. Is it just me or does the area just feel different? Can’t explain it. I always recommend people that say they want to move here to drive around the towns and get a good feel for the area. My dream is the best of both: a bigger lot on the east side 😆

I loved the comparison between the east side and the west side. I do love Rainey homes too. My daughter just moved here to the island which Parkwood built and their homes are beautiful but I guess they are leaving Daybreak and sold the lots to Destination homes AKA Larry H. Miller. Anyways can't wait till Bangerter and Mountain View Corridor are finished freeways.

That's awesome Amdrea! I love seeing your comments... it really helps me to keep going to.
I love the island and Parkwood did build some beautiful homes. If there's anything you'd love for me to talk about in a video, let me know!

@@scottdsteele well my daughter is trying to get one of her very good friends and husband and two kids to live here from Austin . I send your videos to my daughter to share with them . If you can do another wow video of Daybreak and sell them on this beautiful area. I already love it here but they have their opinions. That may be asking to much if you but you really do a great job in all of your videos , thanks again 😊

@andreabontempo643 Got it! I love Daybreak and I live here myself and have for nearly 9 years now. I'll do several videos over the next 4-6 weeks just about Daybreak. Stay tuned!!

I am definitely bias but i grew up in sugar House and downtown ( i live in the heart of downtown) the east side is far better 😂.

Utah folks are so spoiled. It takes most of us in Atlanta or Dallas 20 to 30 minutes just to get to the other side of our own town.
