The problem with What Ifs like this is that pretty much any change, no matter how minor, prior to Anakin's fall would likely lead to his fall being avoided.
Palpatine's plan wasn't nearly so good as he thought.
Its a testament to how good he was though, as a manipulator and puppet master.
He made his plan work after all, everything went according to his plan.
I could definitely see this happening but I could also see anakin going crazy while padme is alive and just killing all the clones knowing that if he gives up his sabre sidious would just kill her anyway or maybe using force pull her the moment he runs into the room or the most likely one anakin pulling padme with him as he’s flung off the building and that way he would slow his fall much sooner
For me Aayla secura was just as attractive as padme was...and still is 🥰

What if Anakin was sent to Kamino with Shaak Ti and Appo in Revenge of the Sith to investigate Fives' claims about Palpetine? As the war gets closer to ending and suspicions about Palpetine rise. It's worth checking out chips again.
How about "What if Padmé couldn't have children" or never had children. Something small like that could've affected quite a bit. Palpatine would've had to find another way to trick Anakin, but his focus on saving his wife and the idea of becoming a father wouldnt have distracted him.
I've also been thinking about a story where Anakin goes on to become the Luke Skywalker of the Original trilogy. So What if Anakin destroyed the Death Star with Han, Chewbacca and Obi-Wan
Killing the skywalkers off clean was cold yet fit the starkiller take nicely, cheers mate.

What if the Jedi Council rejected Anakin's appointment to the Jedi Council in any way, meaning that Anakin was neither on the Council nor made a master? Do you think this would make Anakin feel less insulted if he wasn't allowed on at all (vs. allowed on but not made a master) or even more insulted than ever?
Good idea I think he won't feel insulted because he was never appointed to the council so wouldn't agree as much with Palpatine as he did in rots

Star Wars What if competition is going, for it's not who comes on top or does a better job, however these are all equally enjoyable!
I actually like this 'what-if' scenario, because while Anakin DID utilize the Dark Side via his rage and anger and hatred and desire for revenge, Anakin actually utilized it in service to the Light Side as well as the Jedi Order and the Republic. And so even though Anakin dies in this 'what-if', he still fulfills the 'Prophecy of the Chosen One' by destroying the Sith and bringing balance.
Another thing I like is how instead of going with the tired old cliche of 'NOTHING bad happened to the hero and EVERYONE lives Happily Ever After', this 'what-if' scenario is actually more realistic. By that I mean in real life bad things actually DO happen to the 'good guys', and not everyone gets to live 'Happily Ever After'.
Just my own personal opinion anyway.

What if Darth Vader and his Secret Appearance's Darth Starkiller, Darth Talon and Darth Maladi, "Activated Order 66" on the Death Star and ALL 2 MILLION Clone Troopers killed everyone on the Space Station and then Vader used the force to shield the DS1 while flying it into a Black Hole while his 3 students used the force to turn the Black hole intoba Space-Time Warp Gate and the went into the past at the star of the Clone Wars, with a fully loaded Moon Base, The Eclisps as a Flag Ship, with Dozens of SSD's hundreds of SD's thousands of others war ships and millions of Tie-Fighters. How would the univers fair against Emperor Vader's Sith Imperium. Vader and his people vs Palpy, the Jedi & Republic vs Dooku and the CIS.
Alternativel, instead of clones that are super old now, what if Vader had created his own Droid Army designated as T-800's, yeah, those T-800's under Vader's command and loyal only to him, aling with 3 Sith Apprintice's who embrace borh the Light and Dark sides of the Force (Balance), the Death Star, and Army and an Armada.

What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

That was really good. I kind of liked that everyone die, especially with Anakin at the end taking Palpatine out for good. I am glad Windu and Padme made the recordings they did. I loved Anakin taking the building down.
Well looks liek Palpatine not only killed Padme, but also aborted Luke and Liea. No Skywalkers survived this time.

Danm you really took this in a dramatic way, Padme STILL PREGNANT, getting killed and in turn Luke and Leia (Can't believe Palpatine just aborted them), and ANakin using the Force to topple Padme's apartment killing everyone in it, just to kill Palpatine, then fallign to their deaths together.
No-one worth saving in that building, if we are being pragmatic about it. 500 Republic Avenue (or whatever, it's something like that) is the most exclusive apartment building on Corescant, the only people who live there are corrupt senators, their corrupt staff, and a bunch of banking and mining squillionaires.

What if Anakin killed both Palpatine and Windu, both men were traitors to the republic in his eyes. The Jedi only knew Palpatine was a Sith, not that he was the Sith lord behind everything and Windu had constantly pushed Anakin down and treated him like he was nothing. What would Anakin do next, take control of the republic or would he place his wife, the one person in the senate he trusts absolutely to set right what was broken.
