I loved the omnidirectional movement in BF5. Way ahead of its time. Only took activision 7 years to finally pick up on it
BFV was such an underrated game. It wasn’t the best BF game, but it added a lot of cool stuff.
@@CornFed_3 dude hell yea. I loved bf5. Gameplay mechanics wise its probably the best shooter ive played. Not only the movement but you couldnt just sit in a tank and camp the game, youd have to resupply ammo and come back. The barricade stuff was cool too. Everytime you played a map its different based on what people built. The guns were decently balanced until dlc guns started coming in. I loved all the maps honestly. Destruction wasnt bad. Just an all around good game that got cancelled for having women soldiers.
@GekkoGear now whilst i get what you mean, I'd argue your statement is a tad reductive. It was a woman soldier, with an anachronistic prosthetic arm. For a game that tried to go for realism and dice put those who had issues down as bigots, battlefield 5 didnt help itself.
@@alucardian101the aesthetic thing was ridiculous but gameplay wise it had some very cool stuff, but saying that it was too fast for me. BF games should be slower. Bf1 was fast paced for a bf game but bf5 took it too far.
I much prefer the pace of bf4, it was a good middle ground. Not a fan of pushing for more and more ‘movement’ all the time
@famalam943 back in the day I'd play the hell out of bad company 2, 3 and 4. But eventually I just stopped playing since my PC broke.
imagine how much this update when the crossover happens will break the game with adding this movement in and various other things lol
They need to fix the net code and hit reg. Bullets are really inconsistent. Even in their preview the shooter was missing shots on the head of an enemy. This will ruin all the movement. Think about sideways diving and shooting "on the enemy" and your shots miss because of the net code and hit reg.
Old heads and casuals aren't gunna have a good time on this game😭

I might be one of the few that loved the sliding mechanics in BO4. While far from a perfect game, i feel like the movement in that game was peak movement before tac sprint took over and changed movement as we know it.Things like skating (rapid sliding), and those slides of the edges of surfaces that would send you flying if you had dexterity equipped. I remember there was also a version of the edge slide in "Cold War" so hopefully it returns in some form for BO6, highly doubt it though.

as much as we love Classic Prestige system, i really think it wont fit in warzone, reseting eveything and start from 0 is pretty stupid feature (In WZ not BO6). i hope they stick with current P.S or probably make earning XP easier in warzone

Found a gun that can kill just as fast as the FJX Horus , it's the HRM-9 , has a bit more recoil but it's pretty good

It doesn't matter because he's correct in the fact that both mw2 and mw3 had two of the largest cheat devs release their injections right on first round of beta. You can use certain apex cheats in cod vice versa. However apex will catch the cod specific cheats that ricoshit typically misses which is interesting. That should tell you enough on how not different it is reading memory regardless of engine. Game will be surely fun so it doesn't matter to most of us

The moment the beta is released they WILL have cheats for PC. Extremely ignorant to think their isn’t some in the pipeline. Like he said, same game same issue.

Hey Zach! Just wondering how do you tell if a person is cheating or if they are just lagging? Ive seen some killcams in Lockdown that look pretty sus (abnormal speed and instant lock ons) but idk if thats just the servers being bad.
Killcams aren’t accurate because they are sped up, I wouldn’t judge off those, you’d have to spectate them for a while imo

you can tweet them or post on reddit etc. Rarely are bugs getting fixed that quickly though.

Keep omni to multi until they get positive reviews than move it to warzone if that’s what the majority wants. The movement in warzone now is perfect and should only integrate operators and weapons from the other CODS. I never want to go back to how WZ2 was
Yea I wanna see more gameplay but I do wanna see the bo6 game engine with warzone I just don't like mw3 engine everything feels plastic and cartoonist even with an RTX 4080 I have.

Faster movement means they will just keep cranking up the aim assist. The movement is either gonna be the best thing ever or the worst time will tell but stronger AA is gonna be a guarantee 🙄
depends on how they tune sprinting and what not. Strafe builds now can get super close to sprint speeds in some cases, and the AA there I'd imagine would be similar. But overall, AA will continue to evolve as much as they need casual players to stay on the game imo

im already not a fan of the movement because we all know how annoying it is looting around and run into a rat proning in a corner its gonna be wayyyyy worse when they can prone on their side and back i feel like its just gonna be terrible im a sweat so the movement will be great for me if i can get good at it but for ratting i think its gonna be annoying
it also may make them stand out a bit more tbh. Having to sit on your back instead of stomach means in theory they would lose a sort of "peakers advantage" in some cases

What good is a skill gap if you only get put up against people as good as you or better. Being slightly above average is a rough place to be in cod.
I’m predicting an over whelming hate of Omni movement resulting in the removal 🤷🏻♂️😂 just feels like the typical activision thing to happen…personally I don’t feel like I have a need for it I can already dive into a 180 drop shot and my mantle is set to auto so I always mantle effortlessly…I’ll definitely try it but just seems like a gimmicky addition to the game people that can move can already move without this
definitely wont get removed, its an option to turn it on or off, so if it turns out to not be great, people will just turn it off

Lemme say this. The movement will make mp super fun n arcadey. But if they have this same garbage ttk on warzone. Warzone will suck. With the movement we have now a 4 piece clip takes generally 2 or 3 mags unless its a 1 off clip. With the new movement its gonna be 1 mag per down. Warzone wont be enjoyable.
Zac please make a video about how the Kar is breaking the whole game. It should be outlawed in rank. And nerfed crazy for regular wz. It got me wanting to uninstall

As others have said, I could get excited for the movement if it didn’t mean the rotational AA wasn’t going to be pushed even higher making it almost impossible to win a gunfight against an equally skilled controller player. The fun of MNK is that the reward or gap for improvement is your best own. It’s all you.

Really don’t get the fuzz about aim assist.. since everyone gets it..
Only controller players get aim assist, which completely screws over anyone using a mouse and keyboard.
Aim assist makes shit players into good players and good players in great players.
The players that get screwed the most are the casual keyboard and mouse players because regardless of who they are up against 90% of the time they will lose that fight.
Aim assist should not exist for pc or console.

I think the movement in the game is already out of control to the point of being ridiculous. Being able to jump off a 5 story building without any real damage like broken legs. There should be a point of reality attached to this game. I understand it's a game, but really?
the more reality they bring to it the less people are inclined to move/push pace, which means its gets real boring, real quick

Can we stop hyping call of duty games already I mean come on. Streamers are running out of stuff on this call of duty title. I wish we could go back to the old days where these Streamers that think they are warzone pros(that don't exist) ever started showing up till covid. Covid made call of duty trash with all the movement crap. I want some movement for skill gap but all this movement for a call of duty title isn't the answer no matter what these fake movement gods say. Bring back blackout where 95% of Streamers don't even know about. That was ahead of its time.
