For a moment I thought this was a comedy about three brothers starting Andy Samberg, Pete Davidson and some other dude lol
+Rick Antoine
LMAO! 😂
Shit me too
lmao same sadly
thats why i clicked it
Hahahahaha I thought : dude Andy Samberg must be the fourth XD
Watching first half of trailer thinking "Awww they found ppl who look like them. Thats nice". And then *TWIST* and i was like "Whoa! I didn't see that coming"
I thought so also
what happened
spongeboob It's in southern California for sure. I saw it yesterday.
You never see it coming. You never even notice THE most important film trick since The Sixth Sense. No spoilers. Just watch closely all the interviews with everyone. Keep in mind: they are identical.
That's how I felt when I first saw the documentary on TV with my mom. And the ending to it was so heartbreaking (I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet).

This documentary rocked me to my core. The experimentation of human beings is the most inhumaine thing you can do.
Me too.
I felt so many emotions watching this. I finished it about 2 mins ago, and it's changed me.
The government is experimenting on us right now with covid and all these other things going on right now.
But experiments on lab animals are just fine
Heartbreaking 💔 As someone who worked for Troy Dunn ‘The locator’ TV show reunites lost and adopted people this story was devastating… Many adopted people have an orphan spirit no matter how great adopted parents are Its much deeper and complicated than the TV shows exploited for profit 💔💔
they probably separated them for experimental reasons...cuz this could never be an accident
lily girma yes, they used to separate twins a lot for experiments. I remember a story about sisters who found each other, and that was why
83croissant what kind of experiments?
I don't think it would be an accident but I don't think it's necessarily experimental. At the time, adopters probably wouldn't want three babies and ignorance is bliss. It was probably just easier. Can't miss what you don't know existed right.
Shanster Goodheart there are genuine records of experiments done by separating twins to test the nature vs nurture thing. “Will they be the same or similar if they are raised in separate environments? How much impact do genetics have vs how much impact does environment have?”
Not saying experiments weren't done, I just don't think they were the reason behind every separation.
Imagine if Bobby didn’t go to that specific college. Imagine if he just randomly decided he wanted to start a life in another country and not look back. They would’ve never knew about each other and the experiment. It’s crazy how life works
Everything happens for a reason
God said everything hidden shall be revealed
It was a experiment. The people who did would make sure they meet. They were following them all their life long.
I felt bad for Eddy's father when he said that he felt like he didn't teach him something 😥
I cried
I get the vibe he abused Eddy. He said he was a strict disciplinarian and that's what alot of abusive parents say to make it sound not as bad. I dont get why everyone felt like the producers supposedly made him look bad when he admits to being strict
Eddy said himself he never fitted into that family
Poor guy ..I feel for all of them :(
@@MsDudette21 oh wise up accusing people of abuse he was just strict my step dad was strict but not abusive completely different he more than likely felt he didn't fit in because he knew there were parts of him missing
the real Ed Edd and Eddie

Omg yeah, what if the researchers were THE ONES who created the show???? 😱😱😱🧐 I've got goosebumps

Saw this movie yesterday, and it was absolutely extraordinary. Amazing reporting, real human sincerity, delightful jubilance, mystery, heartbreak, and the most powerful horror film I've seen this year. Here's hoping the film wins the Best Documentary Oscar, and the pressure comes crushing down on Yale University (a central, malevolent figure in what happened to these boys) that the university is forced to reveal the uncensored truth of what really happened. Don't miss this film.
Joshua Kors hey what did u watch it on?
@@itsjiji3061 it's on CZcams for $3.99.
I highly suspect that those conducting the 'research' had last names ending in 'Stein' 'Goldberg' or 'Meyer' etc. at least 2/1 . I haven't looked that up yet - but I highly, highly suspect that's the case.
Cant wait as soon as I figure out how to get the movie It says Google so I'll see it I can't stop looking at these boys it's very interesting
Yale isnt truly the culprit...its the Jewish Board...they were the umbrella head of Louise Weiss Services....the adoption agency involved
If you're adopted, and we're examined regularly, there's a chance you might have twin/triplet siblings
This comment does more harm than good...
not likely, what they did was illegal and they stopped as soon as this story became public plus social services also check up on adopted children once in a while
@@afroditiperis6536 why do you think they're the only one doing it? Also a lot of countries don't have good/working social service.. some don't even have or enforce their adoption regulations.
The world doesn't revolve around America fyi
@@bigmass4792 im not even from america fyi so mabye stop being biased and plus i said its not likely, not impossible and i stand by that

I just watched this movie during my psychology class and WOW the director did an amazing job making me laugh and cry. Such an inspiration.
What was the class reaction? Tears? Anger? Sadness?
@@fede018 The class cried and they were angry
Most of my class was crying
Yes I was confused why this was familiar!!! We did watch the whole thing but it was a shorten summary on it. I think they were testing Nature vs Nurture or something

This story was both touching and sad to me at the same time. I have a pretty troubling adoption story myself so it really hit home with me.
Me too!
Its so heartbreaking that they were separated at birth and did not know that the others existed . What is so amazing is how they found each other at 19. No matter how much the nefarious people at the adoption agencey tried to keep them apart they found each other anyway. It is bigger than nature over nurture . They were meant to be part of each others lives. This is what is so awesome.
I've heard the story before and now I'm going to watch it
这是什么电视???
Where is it available?? Is it even out yet
K Style thanks for telling everyone
Did u watch it?
? okay. Thanks for your rhetorical statement.
This is the best trailer I’ve seen in a VERY long time! Well done
It's up for an award for best documentary trailer :)
This is why ethics is important. :(
Jesus Christ, my heart cried watching the documentary. Rest easy, Eddie 🙏🏻
aww
Incredible documentary. I heard that people behind this unethical adoption agency didn't want this film made. People wanted to tell this story years ago. It's disgraceful that the people in charge interfered with the lives of these triplets and others that were twins. They had no business trying to conduct experiments that caused secret separation of siblings.
Such a sad real life story of blood being separated and used as ginea pigs! They were cute babies kids and men. Rest in peace eddy!
Just finished watching the whole thing and it left me with more questions than answers.
They had so much swag with their matching outfits strutting put on stage and their perms. I mean total mood right there.
Saw it yesterday. One of the most astonishing and heartbreaking documentaries I’ve ever seen.
They were so beautiful it hurts
this looks like one of the only genuinely unique and good movies to come out in a while. i’m so excited for it!!
saw this 4 years ago and still can't forget this story...
this was one of the best and heartbreaking movies i’ve ever seen, it’s unbelievably and if you haven’t seen it you HAVE TO x
I thought this was going to be a comedical type of thing but then that twist hit.
SPOILER ALERT (i'm about to say some shit about the story that y'all might not know)
This is sad because one of them killed themselves after they figured that they were a whole as science experiment like......................that is a whole ass real thing like people in the world are science experiments so wow the world is big and crazy.

This isn't just one of the best documentaries ever, this is one of the best films period that I've ever seen.
Documentary was well made. Very organized, great group of people, sincerity, amazing.
Saw this last week, one of the best docs I’ve seen in a long time.
They have went through way too much pain may god heal them and restore bless
Holy. I just finished watching this on Netflix and what blows my mind is, they said there were records found of this study being carried out until 1980, this is when the triplets story went ‘viral’. This means that there could be 44 year olds…. Today… that are the last of this study (maybe it kept going but was more secretly recorded). If that lady is right where she said, the purpose and/or results of these records may not be released until all subjects/patients have passed away, this could mean that the purpose and results of this study may not be made public until possibly 2080..
An amazing, touching film. Saw the film twice. An absolute must-see.
Definitely a MUST see, You'll be hooked all the way to the end. There's so much going on in the movie its hard to look away. My boxxy software is awesome, what a high quality! Recommend to everybody!!!
This is an amazing story that was well done. That being said, I was personally very familiar with the first section of the film which was mostly smiles and joy. I even recalled a story that didn't make the film. The second section I was completely unfamiliar with, which was filled with no smiles and no joy. Worth watching!
Documentary NOW! This is such a beautiful but horrifying story, very heart warming, turned heart wrenching.
This is the first trailer I have watched in a while that hasn't spoilt the movie on me by summarising it.
Wild to think that this was an experiment. Of course EVERYTHING is possible, specially the things that most people find unimaginable. Think about it: If this happened with twins, triplets, whatever. What makes you think it hasnt happened with Paternal Twins?? And then people later down the line believe they have dopple gangers and it could just be your long lost sister/brother 😮😮😮
I highly recommend watching this documentary ❤ you're not going to regret it i even wished they did a part two ❤❤
This documentary is so good... They lived life to the fullest
What an amazing documentary. I hope they find their own peace and answers. God bless.
I was watching this along with my dad and his fiance, and during the part when David mentioned how his dad said he would’ve adopted all three of them, my dad said he doesn’t know that. I believe he would’ve since he was such a character. He probably was like the father Eddy never had, and his death was one of the factors that brought the brothers apart; he was the glue that held them all together. All of this is so sad :(
Imagine waking up one day, and there’s two of you.😂
Here is the story. TURN OFF YOUR SOUND AS IT IS ANNOYING MUSIC. THIS IS A SAD STORY. There was a FOURTH boy who died at birth.

THEY ARE TRIPLETS.
Separated at birth!!!
3 DIFFERENT FAMILIES!!
One affluent, one middle class, one working (lower middle) class. I saw the movie - it should get an oscar nomination for "Best Documentary Film" of a 100% true event.
Sorry but if you want one you gotta have the other two💀
Weirdly even with twins one could somehow be more attractive then the other. Really weird.

I just saw this and I am speechless....
I got a goosebump watching the trailer
This is so sad
If youre still deciding whether to watch it or not, go for it. It answered so many of my questions that I could not find in the comment section because some say this, some say that. I didnt know who to believe. Questions like: (SPOILER!)
1. Why eddy committed suicide?
-a lot of factors played...
•first, out of the three, he was the most affected of the mental illness they probably inherited from their birth mother. He suffered from manic depression.
•second, they started a business together but in the long run they started to have conflicts and were not able to resolve it and bobby left the business. Eddy was the most affected with the triplet’s failing relationship since he wanted all three of them to be together. The movie said the separation at birth has something to do with it since they met as adults. Theyre not like other siblings who have spent their lives together so that when they have conflicts, they know when and what to adjust, compromise, and etc... but the triplets didnt have that thats why their relationship worsened.
•third, them discovering that their lives were designed for a scientific research also added to his depression.
•the movie also said that the household he went to played a part also. He was in the middle class family and had a strict disciplinarian father. And him and eddy just didnt match together. All triplets had troublesome teenage years, and eddy’s father kinda disciplined him differently than the others. In his father’s interview, I was heartbroken, you can feel his sincerity and how he feels sorry his parenting style affected eddy 😭. But nobody blames him in the movie, thats just the way he loved eddy.
2. Conclusion of the study “nature vs nurture”?
-both matters but in the case of the triplets, nurture played the part most. The movie really did well in explaining why, so go watch it!
PS the research data will be available in 2066. Theyre waiting for all the twins (subjects) to die before publishing it 😭💔. But some of the data (they were redacted) were released to the twins after this movie was released.
You gotta watch this asap! Just saw it and it takes turns you would not expect!!!
Can't wait to see this. Hope it hits a theater in my neck of the woods soon.
This looks intriguing. I can't wait to see it.

Amazing movie/documentary. Mind boggling story behind it. But so cruel. Recommend anyone to watch this 👍
I’m so interested
watching this documentary is upsetting and sad
I'm an identical triplet and really looking forward to watching this!!!
This is so awesome and cool! Even though I'm just a twin and not a triplet, and my twin sister and I aren't adopted, it's still amazing to see this. I can't wait to see it!
Kendall Rae just talked about this in her channel now theres this preview that was just release???? Shook. Still gonna watch it though
I KNEW I remembered this from somewhere...couldn't think of what. Should've known it was my girl Kendall haha
I watched this documentary in my psychology class. Beautiful, infuriating, and it leaves you wanting to take action somehow.
I remember this story! Can’t wait to see this!
Now this....is a trailer. People need to take notes.
A very powerful film. It would have been wonderful had their joy remained strong but too much togetherness and too much expectations brought that to a slow. They should have been warned not to start a business together, esp a restaurant. That's 14 hours a day. That could bring any friendship or relationship to a halt. The remaining brothers seem to be reunited in a good way and I hope they keep in touch and stay close.
They looked so much like their bio mother!!!
the appendix story was clever hahaha
Glad to hear they found each other finally. 😀
The truth, they are 10.

Man! This looks amazing!
I read about this story back in 1980 shortly after they were reunited. I was just telling a friend that has identical twins about it last year. I remember being fascinated about the peculiar similarities in their behaviors they discovered after meeting each other for the first time...they all smoked. The all smoked the exact same brand of cigarettes and used the same obscure brand of toothpaste. I never knew about the story behind the story. I can't wait to see it!
This needs more views
i just finished watching and my first thought after Eddy's father saying he felt like he didn't teach him something, or how to live was,
it's kinda interesting how he felt this rather than you know, maybe just offering to be there more. being an active listening ear, establishing a warm and open environment in the family. I'm sure he probably meant just the same-- but I was sad for a moment when I heard him say that cause it went in another direction in my head. their whole story is just sad entirely.
Super interesting. Stoked in seeing this.
I have yet to see the film but I remember reading about this when I was in high school. It reminds me of something that happened on my job years ago. I’m a delivery man and had returned from my days work. When I went inside my hub, my boss(Lets call him Bill) was up on the loading platform. He was dressed in the company uniform. He called out to me and waved. “See you in a minute,” he hollered. I waved back and walked towards to office to turn in my paperwork and punch out.
All of a sudden, the door to the office opened up and Bill walked out. But he was wearing street clothes and not the company uniform. He grinned and said,”About time you’re back. Go get punched out.
I stopped walking and stared at him, wondering how he beat me to the office and changed his clothes so fast. Then the Bill in the uniform came strolling up. Both of them stood there and grinned while I worked it out in my tired mind: Twins.
I immediately shouted,”Nooooooooo!” and took off running.
We all laughed and went into the office. I said, laughing,”Now I got two of you to put up with?”
One of the Bills said,”There could me more of us.”
The other Bill added,”You ever see a movie called The Boys From Brazil?”
I nodded and said,”Gods not that cruel.”
Good job guys! You got me.
Imagine being made to feel like you have no individuality. Those awful people knew what they were doing. I can't imagine the unbelievable mental toll that took on those poor boys.

Yes. It’s a documentary, which by definition is a movie about a true thing that doesn’t use actors but uses the real people and real footage of real events.

Oh wait so they were a science experiment to see if they were seperated if they were still going to be identical since they came from different social backgrounds. Wowww
MJ johnson Dude. That's what I told you.
Tajana Ristic i came to this realization before you told me😭 time stamp
They wanted to see how much genetics played a role in a person's development. Now imagine if they have figured out how to alter our DNA.
That is just the tip of the iceberg if that was it the experiment would not have been sealed. The experiment was done on behalf of powerful political elites for a sinister purpose. The information was never meant to be for common knowledge. Not was gathered for purposes of brainwashing and mind control. That is why the assistant to the Doctor was being shady. She is this my the truth. Dropping names. She was nervous because she knows why and what.
This film was so good, but so very sad. I hope all the twins & triplets out their find their family. What a cruel experiment 😭
i just watched this document and i am speechless, i don't even know what to say...
Looks so good is it to with nature nurture experiment?
i dont know but there is a movie that just came out callled "Birthmarked" that has to do with it, i saw it and i liked it alot
Yes it is
@ Ezz,esne - Yes, it was. One brother was given to an affluent family, one was given to a middle class family and one was given to a low income family in order to experiment about how they would turn out. A way to test genetics vs. environment, nature vs. nurture.
Carissa Conti thanks that sounds so interesting and unethical 😊
