The steering wheel button at 3:26 is for Lane Follow Assist. Nothing to do with cruise control, it works even when CC is off.

I need to know how to lock the wheel. I bought a steering wheel lock because my 2023 hybrid blue didn’t come with blue link and my 2016 was stolen. The wheel doesn’t turn to lock. Am I doing something wrong??

Have you tried turning the wheel all the way to the left or right when not running? It should lock in.
