पूरे दिन "पैर" (legs) या तो सीधे रहते है या फिर लटके रहते है। यह infertility को बढ़ाता है। इसलिये पूरे दिन मे कम से कम 1 घन्टे पैरो को मोड़कर बैठे। आलथी-पालथी लगाकर बैठे। वज्रासन या पद्मासन का अभ्यास कर सकते है। इससे फर्टिलिटी की समस्या दूर हो सकती है।
