This video was exactly what I was looking for. I have an 01 Kia optima with a 2.4L in line 4, and our engine bays look almost exactly the same! So glad you made this 7 years ago for me to find today.
Sonata used same engine & mine (sonata) is right at the end of the intake where he was fishing his arm in. My canister solenoid has 2 ports that both point down. Not "one down & one towards the passenger side" line the egr solenoid does.
