Omg! Thank you for this! This sandwich brings back childhood memories of my grandmother❤ and me going to kmart. We would go every Sunday afternoon and share this sub sandwich and get a cherry icee. I'm going to be making this week for dinner.
I remember a version at my KMart when i was a kid in Indiana where they used pickle loaf instead of plain bologna. It's what makes me prefer pickle loaf over bologna to this day! :)
A friend of mine from South Bend Indiana remembers having it with a pickle loaf. I’ve never had it that way. But, I’m sure it’s good. Thanks for stopping by.
@@junieontherun3311 Absolutely! Thanks for a reminder on the rest of the ingredients! Already went out and bought what I needed for it, but didn't have! 😊 Edit: Subscribed! 🙂
I used to eat them all the time when I was at high school 1979 I miss them what was the price back then i can't remember how much it was but i did it a lot
I have let them set for a few hours and they were fine. It depends on the brand and type of bread. Plus, how much juice from the tomatoes and condiments. You don’t want your bread to get mushy.
@@junieontherun3311 in my part of the country, kmart is known for cheap crap and blue light specials for said cheap crap🤷♂and no offense meant by any statement, to be clear

Happy new year

I have a question if anyone knows. If I make a few up, how long will they keep in the fridge?

I know they’re banana peppers but you didn’t tell us that😊
I thought they had mayo as well
