I proposed a girl 7yrs back , she said No, I tried to be her friend , she eventually liked me and we spent so much time together, I made her feel good abt herself, tried everything to make her love me, I solved her problems ,made her laugh and became a part of her environment , I was emotionally attached to her but she wasn't , she liked me being around , everything happened except love.
She didn't give me hope or told me that she loves me, 7 years we grew up , now she is choosing her fiance and talking abt him, the pain is immense . She got the same clarity abt me but my love increased.
My frnds are done with my love now I can't even talk to them.
My one and only love ! Hope I get over this .

Regarding my parents ...married for 43 years ,3 kids
All my childhood i seen them fighting hurting each other,fractures, scratches trying to kill each other and what not ...
This happens every 5-6 months ...after few weeks every thing gets normal.
He is use to hit us for small things
Asking for cloth, school basic things ,or bday celebration .
He use to sit on us and bang our head to the floor not only me ...even my brothers faced this .
He use to work in indian airforce
Dad parents are completely depends on him
After few years we understand and started working for pocket money at the age of 10 .
Me and my younger brother ..did every thing to earn money .. disturbing milk news paper ,taking tution and working in china bazar and what not list go on.
We completed our education on our own .
I lost my brother 4 years back ...he committed sucide .
He got into wrong thing and he screwed him self my dad got to know all this
And my dad tortured him..evry night after few drinks
I'm 30 I'm married now I have a kid I'm very happy
Even my elder brother is settled.
The problem is my parents still fight and hurt them self ..
My mom is 60 yrs old
Recently they had fight and mom have a fracture now she is staying with my brother
Every 6 month same story same fight
I'm not able to take this any more
I'm getting panic attacks at night that dad is hitting me or my mom I'm getting dreams like this.
I trying conveniencing them nothing worked out I can't see my mom at this age with fractures ...
Police complaine everything we did from past 20,30 year ...
She agree with me but after few weeks she will again insist to go back to him.
What should I do...

U knw what this is rooted problem. This is like a disease which can't be cure in that case u have to cut that body part and remove it so that u can function well. I knw cutting body part is way too hard to do. But this is the solution cut ur all contact to ur parents both mother and father. Don't talk to them at all. Forget them disown them. Help them only if they need financial support that too in extreme situations. I know they r ur parents and u love them. What I m suggesting to do is a big deal to do. It's going to be hard but trust me after some month passes u will feel relief. It's ur life don't destroy ur mental health bcoz of someone else either they r parents kids or love. Enough u suffered. Move on. And always keep ur self busy. Don't call them don't talk to them u r old enough to keep ur self busy with lots of things. U need permanent breakup from ur parents that's it i m harsh but I m true as well

your worry for your parents will not only affects you it will also affect your relationship with your child and husband..because you are draining your energy for your parents....just forget you have such parents.
You need to be positive for your child....priorities your positivity.
your child also gets affected from your emotions..
maintain a gratitude journal..it helps a lot . Focus on what you have..
Whenever a negative thought comes ...donnt judge your thoughts .its just a memory. *(.mind is in memory or imagination ) just remind yourself how beautiful is your life with your child.
Set an alarm every 1 hour to remind your self about what you have.

Lotus you can simply sit down with your boyfriend and have a proper conversation with him... You can decently tell him about your fears as well as the time you needed to open up with him... It's not easy for a person to open up regarding his or her past to someone irrespective of whether he or she is your partner or someone else.. So don't feel guilty regarding it. You took your time its fine. Of course you should always try to make him understand that your intentions were not bad.

Just focus on your carrier so that you and your mother can stay away from your father, may be your mother can file Divorce when both of you are independent or you are earning enough for you and your mother.. Than you can live life on your terms and be with someone you love..
For now if you can't stay away from your bf, stay with him but be very careful.. And if still something goes out of hand u can contact police and women help centers.. Because if someone's threatening to murder you, it's a crime...

Let me try helping you as I also have dealt with this issue in my past.
One thing that i am quite sure of is lack of confidence is rarely an actual issue.
Your job is to figure out the deeper reason, and that's not going to be easy. But that is possible.
Lack of confidence is a symptom. Try to understand why you feel low confident while you speak.
1. Is it the lack of command on language? If it is, then learn language and move on. But if this issue is about considering English language more than a language, like something related to status. Then that is a different issue altogether. Consider it just like a language, and learn it.
2. Is it the lack of knowledge for the topic that you are speaking? To check this point, try doing this activity. Choose the topic that you think you know the best. And try speaking about it. Do you really lack confidence on this? If no, then lack of knowledge can be one of the issue. You speak on platforms (or anywhere) without knowledge. Remedy for it is simple, gain knowledge. There are so many sources of it.
3. Do you have low self esteem? Self esteem can be checked with 2 important factors - self acceptance, that is you accept whoever you are currently, and the second factor is self-improvement, which means you are open to improve yourself. When you can rate yourself decent in both these factors, then you have high self-esteem. Remember, to get better you don't need to bash yourself
4. You think you do not look good when you speak. Now, this can be about your physical looks or your body language. Remember brother, no one is going to like you until and unless you like yourself. If this is the reason, I want to ask you, is there any reason to dislike you? If no, then why to do that?
There can be many more. But start from these points.
Bonus tip: you need to make efforts yourself on this. No one, literally no one can help you. Even the therapist can just guide you. In that case too, you will have to sail through this river.

@@canvascruise8308 thanks for your kind advice and i hadn't expect a big reply but it us going help me i will figure out what is actual reason but one of the major reason is i had faced critism from veey young age,no one around me appreciate for things i am doing and i started self doubt that increased day by day and i remain quite and never gain courage to speak sometimes i stutter for no reason whenever i am nervous.
