About the negative headlines: I get why that would relate to the hook in reels (or what's said in the first carousel), but wouldn't it relate more to the title/what's written on the thumbnail for long-form content, since that often decides if people click on your video or not?

Hey Jade! love your videos. I'm so happy for all the help with Instagram specifically. But I was wondering if you know a way to still grow on Instagram without Reels? I personally prefer not to do short form content so I would eventually love a video on if this is still possible as well as a simple content strategy to help get ideas.
