I'm a guy who is 100% straight, I do not find any male characteristics romantic or sexually attractive. I do not like anything that remotely looks like male behavior/appearance, I'm interested in the exact opposite of that, for me the differences between male and female are actually a plus not a negative. I've learned so much with my wife which I consider the most feminine woman I know, than with any of my guy friends, and each day that passes I learn new things from an entirely different perspective than mine, and exactly this point of view that made me make many of the best decisions I could do in life. Not only that being with her had taught me something which was never my strong suit, and that is patience.
We are different, and many times is hard to understand each other's feelings and motives, which in turn pushes us to be more communicative and comprehensible than it would be with me talking to my guy friend or my wife with her female friends since with these people we are talking our language so it's far easier to deal with or to solve problems. And while many would strive for that easier communication and understatement, and I get why people would prefer that, I do find that having my wife had made me develop many things that I was bad at such as patience, and my communication skills which were severely improved. And in the beginning was very hard not gonna lie, but nowadays we easily understand each other and respect one another more for it.
Now to the last part, many tomboys use male regalia or hairstyles and this is a huge nono for me. There is nothing that turns me off more than a girl that looks like a man. Also to be clear I'm not talking about short hair, there are shorter hairstyles that are very feminine, the ones I don't like are the current trend of very short male-like hair, or even one side of it shaved, and that for me is an instant deal breaker. To be clear once again this is my opinion, taste is something that varies from individual to individual, and this particular one I simply don't like tomboys.
