@@ReRe_642 I’m well aware I’ve worked with people with autism for over 14 years as an art therapist. My little brother is on the spectrum. That’s exactly why I lost all respect I had left for her after that stunt.
It’s dangerous to spread misinformation about autism black children are often diagnosed later than their white counterparts because statistically we already have a funny relationship with the medical industry. And her making dumb statements like it cost 10k to be diagnosed adds to the problem because that’s 100% false and her saying something like that knowing the platform she had will further deter people from getting the help and assistance they need.She needs to shut up about things she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. My little brother is 9 and still non verbal. If my father would have known and took the steps for earlier intervention it could of changed that.
