If you have something that you really want in your life, spend lots of time loving about it. The more you love the more ideas will pop up the more creative your gonna start to get. Your sublovescious mind doesn't care if your vision is crazy. It doesnt care if you dont know how to do it.
When you see a thing clearly in your mind, your creative "loving mechanism" within you takes over and does the job much better than you could do it by lovescious effort or love power.

People always say, you can’t take this or that with you. But it dawned on me that the only thing you can take with you is…
Love
You take the direction of your mind with you. When you die that direction goes to infinity because there is nobody else to constrain it.
If you love with all your heart and detach with all your soul, You will feel a sense of wholeness.

"total abandon" is a synonym for codependency. Don't ever abandon yourself for anyone or anything. Love is a reflection of you and what you're needing to grow into a balanced version of yourself, not throw yourself at someone and do whatever they want.

Existence is love so I let it flow through everyday. It's a beautifully heartbreaking experience but being protected heals the hurt I witnessed and actually take on from hearts that are so broken. Met a man a few weeks ago and his guard dropped in my presence so much so that my own daughter said his whole world stood still when I touched him. Later that day he stopped in his whirlwind frenzy, put his hand on a wall, dropped his head and opened his heart with beautiful emotions. People respond to my openess the same.

Self Love is not what we say we love about ourselves, it's how we go about showing love to ourselves. Self-love is our internal dialogue that we have it is things we do to care for our health to care for our emotional well-being to care for our physical health and personal hygiene. Self love is speaking our Truth. Self-love is going to the environments where we don't have to hide any parts of ourselves for the sake of impressing others or making others feel comfortable. Self-love is choosing the self, the you, choosing yourself. Self-love is being willing to do all of the things we typically do for others. If you find joy in making yourself a home-cooked meal with good ingredients while singing along to tunes that you love today eat your lovely meal that you prepared for yourself in a nice hot bath.... If you can do that you're loving yourself. If you can speak to yourself with compassion as you would to a dear friend, and be objective with yourself and give yourself the same wise counsel as you would a dear friend, then you know you are loving yourself. An act of self-love is listening to your body when it's tired, self-love is allowing yourself to express the emotions that you're feeling without judgment or labeling them. Self love the compassion for what you otherwise would shame, it's being able to forgive yourself. Self-love is being able to see yourself through The eyes of the Divine, without conditions, without want, simply because you exist.
And a side note I do believe when Alan wants was saying to give yourself over to a relationship in total abandon, that what he meant is more in line with bringing our whole self to the relationship, being completely open and vulnerable with whom we are in relationship with. So it's BRINGING our entire self with total abandon, NOT GIVING our entire self with total abandon.

In fact there is no such thing as love. What we call love is basically selfishness. Its how the other person makes YOU feel. By doing things for someone makes you feel good. Too bad he was part of a deceptive fallen group, studied how to control thoughts and worshiped dark entities. What he was involved in was so bad I won't even mention it. I have forgiven him, but become ill just tearing his voice now and have burned all of his books.
