Buy the starling I have both and the starling is 10x better
The starling takes a bit of getting used to but it's a better dogfighter. Hydra is better for grinding money.

I’ve never really used the hydra for grinding, sparrow just seems easier and it spawns like beside you, whether it has to spawn near a pole or not

I tested the vigero zx in singleplayer, and some modifications suggested that it'll have a hsw version, although it isn't available on pc.
The Camaro with HSW would smoke the charger tho
