There's drag racers, street racers, drifters, nascar racers, rally cross racers and most are all great at that specific sport. Then there's drivers. Put em in a car, truck, rally car, side by side, anything, and within a few minutes of driving the machine, they'll own the game. This man, Ol' Cleet, is a driver!!

The most amazing is how he fits into anything drivable and never complain its to small for him, just takes off and does his best! Just look at when he sits in the Dale truck, cramped but drives it anyway!

Came to make a similar comment, his driving skill is truly amazing. With a few minutes in a new vehicle he's ripping just as hard as people that have been doing it for years.

Damn Garrett, that first qualifying lap was honestly insane. You were steadily pulling away from pros that do this every single weekend without even a practice. Mans a driver.

I love his balls to the walls approach to everything as i have the same mentality and would have done the same thing but the professionals may be holding back enough to give him the feeling of accomplishment and just enough for what happened to him to happen lol. They probably have driven like that and had the same issues before so they just rode along and waited for it to break or him to overdrive it, he will find the weak spots thats for sure🤣

Cleetus is addicted to racing. He will race anything on land or water. Anyone else thinks he should try snowcross too? That would be cool seeing a Florida giraffe on a sled.

And maybe if Cleet is feeling crazy enough, he could see about racing down a wide river on a high power snowmobile, just nail the throttle a dozen meters from the water, then lean back a bit as you get on the water and keep that gas pinned the whole time, from there its much like a top-heavy jetski in how it controls except you cannot stop since all of its faux-buoyancy is from the track's paddles clawing downwards at the water
Edit: I should probably mention that proper riding technique for a snowmobile on the water is that if you are taking a turn, the skis must be turned in the opposite direction as if you're drifting, otherwise it'll more likely grab the water and then you instantly sink

Look into karting in your area. Great place to learn and compete on a family budget. Classes for all ages
support that youngsters dream she may be the next legend of racing its awesome she wants to race my family did open wheel modefieds and ill say this its scary the first few times you do it but its crazy fun

It's the freedom factory. If you can race it he definitely needs to have a track or course for it. With all the cool racer friends he has I definitely could see that working out in the future. He needs a mid bog too, I mean it's Florida and he already owns a mud truck so why not

Bro, he literally drives all day long for his job as a CZcamsr. He has a lot of experience. Most people with the same amount of time behind a wheel like him, will become a great driver.

You do a lot of racing, but seeing you send it into turn 1 on a track you’ve never driven in a wheel to wheel race was impressive. Big respect from one racer to another!
would definitely love to see Cleetus becoming a professional racer. He has a nice team already and the skill to do it. not sure what exactly but this was pretty cool to see.
He spends the entire race season driving from race to race, he is a professional racer with sponsors.

Eh, road course is whole different sort of fast, highly technical. Not saying Garrett doesn't have those skills, very well might from all the karting he's done. But it's definitely not a seat of the pants grip and rip kind of drive.

I’m curious how Garrett would rate this style of racing to everything else he does. I knew once he got that X3 that at some point Can Am would stick him in a pro turbo car. He did do a great job driving for somebody that had zero seat time in Cody’s car. Shoutout to the TexPlex and MAO homies!

Yet question is. Is the vehicle hes in the top of line moneys no problem pro side by side crew. Or is it the underdog crew and build. Because half of it is in that motor and parts money buys wins. Put cleet in a non heavily sponsored ride and see how he does. Yes hes a great all around driver and has skill but he is driving what is significantly the Jeff Gordon type of ride. Put him in a rookie's car. That's where skill is shown

@@Tox927 if you think those parts that broke are due to misuse, especially over the course of one short day, you’re completely wrong. MAYBE he could have had something to do with the broken driveshaft while learning throttle control that day. But the charge pipe coming off was just bad luck or assembly.

Racing anything is fun. A lot of the sxs stuff is country pudding dune jumping water skipping filthy bog rocking "fun" that I don't understand.
I’m 66 and all I can say is I wish they had this when I was young. I did a little motocross racing and drag raced my street car but this looks like SO much fun! What an awesome event.
That's very impressive driving. No practice, mixed surface w2w racing. Very competitive.
I want to tune in and say I love the upbeat intense music and how cleetus stops talking and just lets you watch. liked it in 2.4 hrs of lemullets too.
Very nice looking can am parts!!! Also the steering wheel is a huge plus because the stock can am wheel isn’t that comfortable.

I was puckered every lap he put down and pretty floored at how solid of a racer cleet was in that thing 0 seat time. Anything with 4 wheels cleetus can communicate with like it's his right hand. Love seeing this and hope there's more.

I got into Nitro Rallycross in the last few weeks and when I saw the lineup for the SxS class I was like they are running a SxS class? Holy shit Cleetus McFarland and Hailie Deegan are on the lineup!
Those Rally cars are insane and really fun to watch! Probably the best thing in motorsports at the moment. I love the jumps, big, medium, and small, and I love that they did it with Rally Cars because of how capable and fast they are.
Enjoyed watching this way more than I thought I would!
