Thank you for making the reaction. This MV was filmed in Japan but the concept is intentionally meant to be more minimal and aesthetic so there isn't as much CG (or it is very subliminal such as the rainbow and effects in the sky).
4EVE has a wide range of music ranging from fierce, to cute, to sexy, to hip-hop ~ they have it all. 4EVE are NOT low budget but if you compare to K-POP, of course the very big K-POP groups have way more budget since they and internationally famous and get billions of views. Also, Thai culture and tradition is always to credit and appreciate the respective parties who work on projects, it is not a matter of budget, no matter who the artist is, there will always be end credits because a lot of work goes into production and behind-the-scenes which should be appreciated. You will not find any T-POP groups whose budget compares to the likes of K-POP groups in the very big labels but there are still very good groups and the production is also generally very good. At the end of the day, pop is all about the music not the visuals which are normally a bonus.
Their song VROOM VROOM has a very hip-hop vibe with lots of CG and very different from this song.

i have never seen makeup artist credited when its a big mv but it makes sense if its a cultural difference.
i would disagree with visuals being just a bonus. i would consider visuals very important for a mv, not as important as the music offcourse but its still important.
i will definitely check out VROOM VROOM atleast.
