What a great cup final. As a Pompey fan I will never forget watching this on the TV and then going outside the house and seeing all the celebrations in the street and outside the nearby pub after we won. Very sad day today after hearing the sad news of John 'Motty' Motson's passing. For many years he was the voice of football and will surely be sorely missed. He truly was and always will be a legend in football. What a great man. R.I.P. John. 😢

Unfortunately after this season the suffered wt a lack of consistence and Redknapp leave for spurs along side wt Defoe Karjacnar, Distin weent to everton, Campbell to the toons and then the team was disolved...going to the third league in the next seasons such a shame, but nothing last forever.

The players played soo safe that they wont fancy a cross, they'll just keep passing back untilthe ball reach Tibo . And then regroup and start over the build up
