How to only use 1 of the zones? I've followed instructions but step 3 I never see "OFF", it just cycles through the hour.
1) Turn dial to Start Time
2) Select zone 2
3) Press - or + to adjust hour until the screen displays OFF
4) Turn dial to ON to save change
1) Turn dial to HOW LONG
2) Select zone 1
3) Press - or + to adjust hour until the screen displays 00:00
4) Turn dial to ON to save change, the screen displays OFF of ZONE 1

Hi, I just purchased one and went through all the steps in the manual and as you outlined in your video. Does the rain delay work automatically after setting it or do you have to physically press and hold the "delay" button in anticipation of a rainstorm and after the rain go back to the faucet and stop it manually?
When you notice that the weather🌦is about to rain and you need to manually switch on the rain delay, the device schedule is automatically delayed. Rain Delay is turned on at the same time, the device will start counting down according to the length of time you set.🥰I hope my answer helps you

So if I need it to water only on Mondays, when do I turn it to ON for a 7day interval?
Yes, you need to set it to every 7 days in the how often selection, and if it has to be Monday, you can set up the schedule on Monday🥰
I can not get the timer to activate. After I have it all set and turn the spigot on, water runs out of zone 2 even though I have it off.
According to your description, the problem is that the timer can not be turned off after opening, try to turn the knob to the off button to check whether the valve can be turned off; or press and hold the OK button for 3-5 seconds to enter the manual open, and then press and hold the Ok button to close; to check whether the valve is normally opened/closed, if the problem can not be solved, please provide the video of the failure to send to support@rainpointonline. com , we will provide you with the next solution.
I JUST PURCHASED 1 AND I HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM , ALL SET UP PERFECT AND AFTER I INSTALLED I TURN THE WATER ON FOR IT AND WATER JUST GO THROUGH IT IN BOTH ZONES , ON AND OFF SAME WATER JUST RUNNING CONSTANT, TOMORROW I WILL CALL THE PHONE NUMBER ON THERE AND I BEAD YOU NO ONE WILL ANSWER , SO THAT WILL LIVE ME NO CHOICE BUT TO SEND IT BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM . ARE YOU SURE THE TIME YOU SET IT TOO GO ON IT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE DAY'S TIME , IF YOU SET IT TO GO ON 12:00AM AND THE DAY TIME ALSO IS 12:00 NG. MOVE IT AND TEST AGAIN
How to reset the program and cancel all the previous set up ?
You can remove the battery and wait until the timer's remaining power is depleted and the screen is completely dimmed; then reinstall the battery and the timer will return to its factory settings.

No where in this video for model TTV102B nor any other of your other video for products shows how to set up your account. Apparently, this 1st part must not be that important to the company, that you exclude it out!!!
