Does it have to be helium? Or can we use a regular bike pump with just air?
The normal air not gonna float. If only have the normal air available can use a stick to make the ballon lights stand up.

Helium is expensive and the balloons alone cost £5 so yes £35 is what should be charged.
@@abi-gayledouglas Not really. 1 helium canister can blow up at least 10 of these balloons. Charging £35 per balloon is ridiculous. I went out and made 10 myself for just £40 if I asked them for 10 it would have costed me £350.

Think of a thin sheet of plastic but with a mixture of latex to give it that stretchy inflation. The easiest way I can tell which kind of balloon this is a Qualatex bubble balloon. Could be purchased on Amazon or your super market/party stores.
