I spent nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Nothing. Just be active, be smart, scrimp save, and hopefully roll what you need. The later you start being active on a server--the farther behind you will be. Also, get on a winning alliance. Keep up with them, and it will reward you.
Can you explain more maybe about matrix i am missing something for sure. Just leveled up skills on one on max and just noticed i cant level him again...
