Add some floating foam boards and some lettuce and you got yourself aquaponic set up use the cows to feed the fish and the fish to feed the plants

Even Asians in New Zealand rarely eat these eels, you sure want to export them to Asia? They prefer Japanese (White) eels mostly, and our NZ eels look and taste different from theirs.
