Jamie Rowe had a band called Tempest before Guardian that many of the songs really touched me, especially Johnnie I believe it was called. At the same time I found the Tempest cd, I also picked up my first Whitecross cd. That was back in the days when you had to either hear of a particular Christian rock band from someone or go by the genre and description at the Christian bookstores. I wore those cassette tapes out! I found Stryper the same way with To Hell With the Devil at a charismatic church's bookstore and almost wore it out until I loaned it to a non believing friend who did wear it out!! If it wasn't for you all, as well as many more I eventually found, I would've continues to listen to the huge secular collection I had. You brought me into a better relationship with the Lord and taught me how to question how so many churches operate, teach, and criticise their own as well as outsiders! You are the heart of Christ to new generations who need to know that change can be good as long as we don't compromise the Gospel or the Word of God!
I wish yo know God's love within my heart again of ehich it once once it was before... When i eas 19 yrs Old whdn i first heard this song...
Who is listening to this in 2021- We knew Jamie- good friends with one of our friends :) this is awesome- had no idea they came up with this album

You know I met guardian them guys are so awesome and I love the guitarist Tony palacias but hearing a lot of these guardian songs where the Rex Carol playing the solos and a lot of these white cross songs with Jamie singing as frontman for white cross that's just crazy I love it
OMG!! Never Said Goodbye ! That song was the first song did I truly invite God to my heart, and the beginning of my musical carrier as a guitar player. God Bless all these my brother's in faith. Their music touch a lots of my friends too and today they are in church and playing.

Guardian did an amazing job re-recording the Stryper ep "Yellow and Black Attack" well worth checking out right here on CZcams. Just can't say enough about how much both of these bands have meant for real metal nothing compromised with the impact of a stone sling.
