Great information and advice! Especially now that the Corporate Transparency Act is requesting the end of anonymity. I believe as of 2025 anonymity in the corporate world is gone.
In the Hybrid Model, the Bridge Trust construction, one uses an Asset Protection Trust in the Cook Islands. If one transfers all the funds - which should be greater than $1 m in your words - a question arises if the money is really safe in the Cook Islands?
In that construction, is it possible to have the money in US bank accounts?

The CTA is only for the government to see who actually owns a company, not for the public.
