Beautiful home and landscaping. Over the last couple of months or so I have looked at well over a hundred of these videos on homes in the New England area. One thing puzzles me, whether they're new homes, old homes, or somewhere in between, at least 95% of them have baseboard heat. Other than oil that is the most expensive heating you can have in a home. I rented a 2 bedroom duplex one time that had baseboard heat and I'll never rent or buy another place with that kind of heating system. My electric bill more than doubled in the winter compared to other places I'd live with either electric or gas central heat.

I'll love if Nashua Video Tours will do a video straight without editing it.... Too much editing while shooting the home tours make me loses my concentration on which part of the home I'm watching.....

Awful music selection for these videos. And the narrating is unnecessary.

I don't understand why all these New England houses have a "swimming pond" instead of a proper swimming pool. I mean, I wouldn't bring myself to swim in that brown water for anything in the world.

Adding extra water to your property is a smart thing to do. It will also bring wildlife to your property
