Wish he didn't just shoot his teammates randomly though love his content besides that
One common way to coordinate fire is to say "I have control, I have control, firing on the T of two, firing on the T of two. 5. 4. 3. 2." Abbreviate it as you see fit. It's great for having multiple people shoot the same target or multiple shooters on multiple targets.
