No, There will not be online proctoring for this exam . Yes you can register today and give an exam today ... You can follow my video for registration ...it's under my playlist ... Thanks 👍

No ...for this exam there is no proctoring ...the above term is generic .. proctoring exam will only happen for paid exam...it's free by Oracle
