I love Teal's more formal videos but her interviews are my favorite because I LOVE seeing how excited she is to elaborate on certain topics, and with how much certainty she responds to questions. JP's humor was a nice touch here and I loved their interaction.

However, both affect and effect have alternate meanings when used as different parts of speech."...I'm normally cognizant not to mix these two up.

35:16 - 36:01 JP explains a more mature theory on Law of Attraction... What I find so interesting is Matt Kahn has a video with nearly the SAME idea explained-- almost verbatim to how JP phrased it! I do not remember the title of the Matt Kahn video he said it in.. but it's definitely on his CZcams channel. Teal, JP and Matt Kahn are some of my favorite teachers. So much gratitude for them ❤️

These two are on the cutting edge of my walk and I am so happy that I found them. In 2013 I was looking for this teaching and Teal was out there but I actually found both of these teachers about the same time in 2016. They both have given me a wonderful new perspective and many tools that I use daily. Having had the frustration of being in conflict with all my spiritual teachers and knowing they were wrong for me, but also wondering if I was wrong all along, it has been such a beautiful thing to find these teachings alive and speaking.... I love Teal and JP for challenging the standard model.
Same here. I never really found a lot of the spiritual stuff out there good for myself, even if I was always a sensitive person. I'm so glad both of us have found these wonderful people.

I had a similar path to self knowledge. When I finally broke down completely, your insight and presence helped me get to the point where I could begin to think rationally. When I look back to that point in my life, I think of how much you helped me and I know that you saved my life. I am forever grateful and honoured to have you as a mentor.

It's mind- and soul-bogglingly delightful seeing two of my very favorite online sources of inspiration united in this disarmingly authentic as well as deep, rich and uplifting discourse! Two teachers on their own separate but infinitely united paths, like lamps of differently scintillating colors lighting up the same human soulscape from different angles, with each light merely intensifying the other rather than detracting from it or interfering with it. Talk about the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine uniting for the good of all - heck, this is the Divine Human at its very best! And let's give major credit to the interviewer, too, who does a stellar job of orchestrating the sharing in a subtle yet charmingly directed way. Watching this has been nourishing and blissful. Thank you!

Actually, in this particular video, I think JP Sears is the one who expressed the most beautiful concepts, especially about relationships in the end. I didn't know his work very well (whereas I know Teal Swan's better). Wow.
Just had to comment because I love this video so much, I think it is the most honest interview with spiritual teachers that I have ever seen and I want to thank both of them for being willing to be human and to sdmit to that humanness

I loved to see the passion you have, Teal. I'm sure you realize how different you are when you're talking with people rather than talking to a camera. It was enjoyable to see the interactions between these three people.

Can't keep it hidden !!!! That is the very thing in therapy I have been saying. I don't want any aspect of self to be put away. I want these aspects of myself to be in align with each other to become whole. If I have a schema developed related to my child abuse that may make me other then happy or sad. I want to allow that feeling for what it is. I don't want to change it or replace it. Thank you all for this video. I am loving you all for your guidance on my recovery journey.

My goodness, thank you for this! All falls down into place since I found Teal's channel and I love JP. I stopped following spiritual workshops after I got my certificates as an energetic healer. It didn't add anything for me, I had been doing it all my life and now I had a piece of paper proving it?! It had no value for me. People said I left the spiritual path by doing so, but I just got more in tune with what I think is right for me in the moment. I actually feel pretty proud of myself for following my own path to getting to know me and not confirming to the spiritual expectations people had of me. There was even a teacher saying my partner would out grow me, because he continued in the course, but we got closer, because we got real with our own needs. Thank you, it resonates deeply, this is true spirituality to me and I'm so happy to see other people stand up for it. ❤️
That balance through extremeness of the universe is awesome! I have had the idea come to me over and over that yes, cleansing is important, but more is, you must fill yourself. You must bring in light, fill, balance. And she has really given the missing piece of that info. Thanks!

These are the only two teachers I trust right now. Their dark wit and sarcasm levels with me and they cut through all the bullshit. The two of them together is a treat because they play off eachother anr I don't feel isolited like I do watching hollier then thou "spiritual" teachers

I like what Matt Kahn had to say on oneness. Yes ultimately we are one, but to leave it at that is to only accept the masculine. But to say we are all one but with different expression is feminine. You need both.

Hey Teal, just wanted to say that I embrace your authenticity and I hope to find community with others who can deal with authenticity too. I want to express myself authentically, and it's not always well received - for the most part, not. I have to have hope that I will find my people though, and just continue to be my WHOLE self (not only the "pretty" side).
Well, I just love both Teal and JP, so thanks for this interview. Authenticity is a dirty word, but it shouldn't be. The upside of being authentic is that it will clear unconscious people out of your life in like 20 seconds flat. The downside is that this means being alone - a LOT.
I am sooo grateful that you teach authenticity! It has been a true eye opener to me! Of course authenticity is so important, who doesn't want to feel seen, understood and on a somewhat same level as a teacher?!

I am satisfied because I find this balancing conversation. With whole respect I feel, I understood that we are bypassing when we are lonely and that all possibilities there are shekinah. Whenever new people are coming in our life we didn't make retrograde mistakes. For this is humility also important (like JP Sears said) like check for our ego.

I am hugely rejected by most people I meet. It hurts so badly. Then I feel so alone and abandoned. But where can I meet someone who is open minded and talks a lot?
I just watched this for the first time and it felt so freeing. I feel it would be incredibly beneficial to go into more depth of this topic, and I would love if Teal could do that. This also as a shout out to the team, if you read the comment. Hat off for all three for the depth , courage to be open and humour share in this video

Wow this is really one of Teal's (and JPs) powerful videos. This was really handed to me during this space and time.
That was so good. Thank you all fro coming together to make that happen. I now have become awakened to how much I expect to be disappointed. Great insights and perspectives on paradox and byspassing, fun, grounded and lots of humility... good evolutionary food and fodder ;) for the soul.
It's a pity that JP separated from Teal altough I can understand why. I like both and their apparent contradictions are so fulfilling for me to personally accept within me. Because when we talk about authenticity, we talk about uniqueness and not one authentic person is similar to another authentic person but both are so beautiful and precious.
I actually looked a lot into this "cult thing about teal swan" and honestly looking at her content and her workshops , she just looks like any other spiritual teacher/sharer. Altough she's unlike any other like everyone who decides to be who they are in all their aspects. It's incredibly terrifying what mob mentality can do and how hatred is so contagious. I hope authenticity will flower in the future and with it acceptance for our differences and perspectives.

Brilliant conversation! I am so proud of Teal for her stance on authenticity...that lady's got some balls! This world needs a great spiritual comedian to make light of all the nonsense.

Teal is a pearl that was born of work of high Self, many people don't survive what she went through, I admire her.
Ps... So beautiful to witness yours and JPs chemistry and how you both found an intellectual equal.
Watching it at 16:00 or so and I can feel the love in there. Great! Teal and Paul Chek (one of JP's teachers) are who I've taken the most teachings I incorporate into my life, from, my two gurus. It's eye-opening (though not surprising) to see this side of JP more acutely, and I like it.
This whole idea of inclusiveness... I used to be quite opposed to that in practice, openly, and argued vehemently for exclusive mindset for a long time. I don't regret that, but I sure as hell like where I'm now at, more.
Paul Chek once said, and I think Teal too, that honesty is a good core value to have, because it makes you happy. I know Teal's big on honesty and integrity, authenticity, and Paul is very honest as far as I see it, even if two of them don't see eye to eye on every major thing in their fields. I hope I can one day see dialogue between Teal and Paul.
But yeah... now I feel happier, now that I've adopted a more inclusive mindset than I used to have, and a less demonizing, vilifying, blaming one, even if I still often enough fall into that pit of pointing fingers, internally at least.
Some say people with money and military power and political power are the most powerful people. I disagree. I think the most powerful people are those who use their capabilities and resources to make themselves and others happy. Because happiness is empowering, to me at least.

Excellent interview, and wonderful interviewer - she asked great questions, odd that her name isn't mentioned.
Freakin brilliant and amazing and as always, every video teal is releasing is in line with all my revelations. Ill have a revelation and teal will speak on the topic. Its freakin crazy! For example, with this video in particularly Ive been feeling a little crazy because I feel very authentic in a world of inauthentic people as well as realizing my expectations are really hurting me. Then boom this video appears and gives me action steps to those concerns. Its amazing.
Not sure how I missed this interview but glad I found it. Spirituality has always been an on and off thing for me. Last time I was on it consistently...I ended up in a psych ward diagnosed with bipolar 2. Not saying spirituality caused it but it definitely triggered something.
I think that the psychiatric field has no idea that is has been created in order to keep people from waking up. The moment one wakes up they (the ones who wanna keep humanity asleep) now have created a safety net to invalidate and make them doubt their experience.
I saw a sign once that said, "Expectations are just premeditated disappointments".
Love this question .... "do you believe in oneness?" ... interconnectedness & interdependence ... once we realize this concept promotes life * love* ... we can begin to live in the joy that is our birth rite .... xox

I've heard said from people who have practiced with masters, who are thought to be arahants that there's no one there, there's a presence but it's not fixed. Personality is picked up to illustrate what is needed in that moment. One student needs a particular approach, another requires something else and the master has no attachment to the way dhamma flows through them.

I enjoyed watching this very much. Discussing authenticity, and also the pitfalls of the law attraction being used as nothing more than trying to control something, among other ways of 'spiritual bypassing' including meditation was very useful, and I can identify with it a lot.
