Egg shells are game changer for gardeners

Great way to use your old egg shells and deter pests with them, also a great calcium supplement for your potting mix, garden beds or garden composter. Good for soil enrichment.
Most plant feeds such as tomato feed predominantly contain PPK (potassium, phosphorous and nitrogen) What they don't contain is calcium, egg shells are rich in calcium which is a great nutrient for plants that fruit such tomatoes and peppers and helps to prevent blossom end rot.
