Didn't expect to hear this on the episode. So, I actually had the same thing as this guy but it happened to me naturally/ I didn't take anything, just drew the short straw when it came to health. I ended up having a liver transplant last year as it was the only "Cure" for the condition. The yellow eyes/ skin is called Jaundice, and happens when your billirubin level increases to levels between 40-200 (Human average/ Healthy amount is 20) Essentially it's because your liver can't flush out all of the bad stuff inside of you, so it clogs up and your liver becomes inflamed, stopping flow of blood cells and much more. The actual condition is called PSC: primary sclerosing cholangitis.
Best of luck with the future, my mum had a transplant in the 90s and I see all the medication and checkups that came along with it. I know they're a LOT better now than before but I wish you the best still

speaking of doctors storyâs when i was 10 i got abit of a flakey kn*b cus i was basically cracking one out with shampoo and they took me too the doctors and the trainee was sar their and while the doctor was gone he told me get it out so he can have a look like proper hands on all over my stuff long story short that wasnât even the trainee it was the cleaner who was left too supervise me while he want and got latex gloves and the doctor walked in with a face like he had seen a ghost, i basically got fondled by a cleaner
