I reckon had she pressed the button immediately after removing the final slat, she prob would have had more than the two seconds left that the Simplify gave her!

8 seconds doesn't seem like a lot for $10,000. I thought that time limit would have been used for a $20,000 game or higher. At least that is the case in the season 11 two-player version.
