  • As a result of perpetual depression and anxiety and a looming feeling that I might have ADHD, I finally saw a doctor. Nine months later here I am and this is my thoughts and experience.
Number one. In the beginning, he experience a lot of ebb and flows. You feel different and haven’t exactly figured out how to use medication as a tool
Number two. Medication does not change you. In my case, it brings you to a neutral level where you can rationally attack tasks.
Number three. In my case, much of my anxiety and depression came from never feeling like I could get ahead. Being able to start off from a neutral level let me prioritize the more important things.
Number four. I have discovered that I am productive and I am more capable of maintaining my routines in habits
I’m not a doctor and don’t claim to be. This is just my experience. Kudos to everyone who has been able to overcome ADHD with natural means. For me, I was desperate and heading down a dark path. This gave me some sort of light at the end of the tunnel , and I’m hoping sharing my experience gives a little hope to others as well.
