"Make sure you get the right dog for YOU." Excellent advice! Tibbies are not for everyone. But, as for me, I have six Tibbies; because, they ARE absolutely the best dogs ever!
@@SaraHessXXIV: I'm so very sorry to hear that you lost your boy. I can completely relate. My first Tibbie (Nina) also passed at age 17 about 2 years ago, and the loss still brings tears to my eyes. Nina was sort of a family heirloom. She was my mom's Tibbie, and I inherited her after my mom died. Nina was a living connection to my mom, so it was doubly sad for me when I lost her. It took several months before I could even think about having another Tibbie. I knew almost nothing about the breed before I had Nina; but, once you've had a Tibbie in your life, you always have to have at least one. To honor my Nina, I now have multiple Tibbies to bring cheer into my home! Tibbies can sometimes be hard to come by, but I hope you do eventually decide to acquire another. Life's too short to be Tibbie-less. Take care!🙂
S. Mac thank you for the condolences and I’m glad you got another! It was a fluke almost that we found our tibbie Haichi, but there’s nothing I won’t do to find another if my family decides its time. Thank you again you’re so sweet
We lost our Little Prince two weeks ago. He was so wonderful. Best dog we ever had. And we will have a Tibet Spaniel in future again. So friendly, intelligent. Never made any problems had a lot of humor, loved children. We are unbelievable sad. czcams.com/video/AZIbFNtfDKM/video.html
I have a Pekingese and she’s very similar looking and based on the video very similar temperament to the Tibetan Spaniel. And so glad you noted that they need a lot of exercise. Because that’s 100% true. And pretty much everywhere else I read before getting my dog said they needed hardly any exercise-but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m lucky I am young and so I can play with my dog and go on long walks, but I would have been blindsided if I was old and got my dog. They’re bundles of fur that can move! For example, my dog literally has done over 6,000 steps (so, over 2 miles) in a single walk-no problem. I have a fenced backyard and it’s essential too. Which I installed after getting my dog. But these are things people should consider. Basically I think if you’re truly looking for a dog that isn’t active you probably need to adopt a senior dog. Because even supposed “lap dogs” are actually great at hiking several miles even.
They are the sweetest, most delightfully psychotic, passive-aggressive OCD dog you will ever encounter.
Cei mai inteligenți câini din lume❤❤
I also own a Tibetan spanial. He is very intelligent as well as brave. He is small lion that I would like to say to him.❤️❤️
Couldnt agree more! 😁
Mine is 7 months old and its the most lovable, playful, sweet and kind dog you will ever meet.
They are truly very special

I have one, and he is my best friend
Ours just passed away recently. He lived a pretty long life at 17 years. Great dog to raise and amazing temperament. The chillest ever.

Tibbies are special!
Tibbies are the best! Our oldest Tibetan will be 19 years in May 2020 🐶 🐕
Wow! That is an amazing age, even for a Tibbie! I hope s/he is still going strong. The oldest lived Tibbie I've ever heard of is 21 years. Be well!
Hi what type of food do you feed your pet? I want my dog to live a long life
Man those tibbies look cute and have and amazing hair color and hair
