Of course when it comes to fitness there will always be a lot of overlap among coaches and trainers with training techniques and exercises... but this is a whole new level of ripping someone off. As a side note, my blood boils every time I see his ads on CZcams saying you can't get a good workout plan "on CZcams". As if his site isn't a cookie cutter workout and program that he probably just copied from someone else as well. Great video Alan!
ScottHermanFitness .... I understand that exercises have been around forever, but when someone is so lazy they literally replicate another's idea... concept and order of their words it shows lack of basic character that I will happily point out.

+Every Damn Day Fitness Jeff is legit, and is also saving people, including myself, from a lot of injuries. Getting big is great and all, but his physical therapist knowledge combined with weight training experience is huge. His advice has helped me (haven't really lifted weights much but I've been a professional mover for 10 years) fix or overcome pain and discomfort I've already had, and prevent future injuries as well. Plus I'm so much more knowledgeable myself thanks to him.

That happened to me before when I copy and pasted someone’s homework once on google docs haha.
Jeff is highly experienced (Literally decades), educated, and gone through a lot of shit to understand the body anatomy and functions and how it should be treated. He himself has had shoulder AC, has hernia twice, probably more of such injuries and it is through these injuries added to his education and knowledge that he has been able to understand the science behind body building. I am a beginner among beginners and I am totally hooked on Athlean-X channel of Jeff and thank God I didn't stumble upon vshreds although I do faintly remember some fancy ads a few years back. Glad that you put it out in the open about the hypocrisy of vshreds.

I only watch AX and Scott herman fitness. Scott seems pretty legit, not near as "scieny" as Jeff but ultimately hes good too.
In this case, the imitation IS piracy. I have a video of 2 million views stolen by a Vietnamese pirate uploader. CZcams suggests to go to court if I'm not happy.... CZcams makes no effort to protect creators against real piracy. The pirate only has to claim "fair use" and it is game over for the original creator.

Best thing that happened to me as far as fitness was finding Jeff!

I copy a lot of exercises from CZcams and use them without weights because I have congestive heart failure. I may not get rapid results, due to the lack of severe resistance, but I am losing fat due to the calorie deficit I imposed, as well as pumping up my musculature. I can only work out for a few minutes at a time, so I exercise next to my bed in case I get dizzy or feel weak suddenly. I attribute my little victory to AthleanX. It’s a great channel.

Shocking. I’ve been following Jeff for years. Some of his exercises I have found haven’t helped me but some definitely have. As a personal trainer many of the standard lifts work for me and we don’t particularly need to reverse technology them, however some do and Jeff has done a great job advancing them.

All I will say is this - Jeff Cavalier is a very, astute entity in the fitness world. Learning from him, has done wonders upgrade, my knowledge in terms of training. Not ashamed to say, that I use his material and acknowledge Athlean-x, as a source of inspiration and treasure trove of knowledge. Cavalier is top of the game 👊🏿
