    Our bodies are pretty amazing. They help us to do all sorts of things. It’s really important we take care of our bodies so they work well and keep us from getting sick. To take care of our body we must keep clean, be fit and active and make healthy choices about the food we eat. To stay clean we take showers, wash our hands, brush our teeth and wear clean clothes.
    Staying fit and active keeps you healthy and is great fun too. We can dance, play sports, go for walks and runs or just enjoy the great outdoors. A healthy diet builds a healthy body. This means lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and not too much fast food or sweets. But a little bit is OK :) By keeping our body fit and healthy, we can keep doing the things we like to do. Wait, I almost forgot! It’s also REALLY important to make sure you get a good nights sleep every night…..night night.
