      As Muslims we ONLY take guidance from Allah (swt) as the only criterion to evaluate and undertake any action.
      “And we revealed it (the Qur’an) to you as a clarification for EVERY issue, and a guidance and mercy and good news for those who submit.” [An-Nahl: 89].
      ➡️ Liberation, change, the full implementation of Islam and the victory will ONLY come from Allah.
      Through the Khilafah system (leadership which implements Islam and unifies the ummah)
      “...Victory comes from no one but Allah. Allah is Almighty, All-Wise.”
      (Al-Anfaal: 10)
      ➡️ This Change will not be attained through the godless democratic system (Ruling of the people, by the people, for the people)
      We cannot expect committing haraam, disobeying Allah or seeking help from other than Allah will bring the Victory of Allah.
      We cannot expect the enemies of Islam and their ruling systems, who are causing the oppression in the first place, will be the ones to save the Muslims + the oppressed.
      ➡️The Change will be attained, by the permission of Allah, through obeying Allah to establish khilafah, as shown to us by prophet Muhammad.
      The Muslims in Makkah, were inflicted with fear, insult, intimidation, threat, violence, torture, death and suffered social and economic boycott.
      But when our Prophet (saw) was offered the opportunity to help the muslims by being offered actual political leadership (more significant and influential than mere voting in an unislamic system) which would have benefited the muslims and stopped the oppression - Prophet Muhammad (saw) rejected the offer as it would have violated what Allah (swt) had commanded. Rather, Prophet Muhammad (saw) persevered in his social and political engagement with the society while maintaining his firmness upon Islam.
      In which the Khilafah system was established in Madinah.
      Where the implementation of Islam, the protection of the Muslims and the unity of the ummah was established.
      ➡️Voting is permissible, depending on what you vote for.
      Voting for a ruler who will rule by man made laws, rather than Quran and Sunnah is a sin. Whilst voting for a Khaleefah ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed, regardless of the whims and desires of people, is a duty.
      “Indeed legislation (ruling, judgment, command) is only for Allah; He has commanded that you shall not serve none but Him; this is the right Deen, but most people do not know.” [12:40]
      “Or have they partners (to Allah) making lawful for them in the Deen, which Allah has not allowed?” [42:21]
      Allah says:
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, such are the kaafiroon.” [aayah 44];
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by that which Allaah has revealed, such are the zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)” [aayah 45];
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed (then) such (people) are the faasiqoon (rebellious or disobedient).” [aayah 47]
      Voting is the action of giving power to someone to do things on your behalf.
      So when we vote for labour, conservative, lib dem or any party in a godless democratic system, we are giving our support and are their allies in ALL that they do.
      ➡️ In reality
      There is not a single example where participating in the oppressive system, has ever lead to substantial change. Any change has always opposed the system, from outside the system. Rather participation keeps the oppressive system alive.
      The voter does not set the agenda, laws, policies for government, nor hold the real decision-makers to account. Once the elections are over and the representatives are in Parliament, the people no longer have any influence over them, other than the threat that in five years, they may not elect them again
      Muslim countries rule with democracy, they have muslim majority politicians yet they still carry out oppression and go against the laws of Allah.
      21st century civilised rape, pillage and plunder, exists,
      Western nations such as uk and usa are not dumb or blind to the oppression,
      They encourage it, they cause it, because they need it, in order to prosper and survive, from the exploitation of the poor and oppressed.
      Every system protects itself from it's core values from changing,
      This includes islam, people will never be able to change the islamic system from governing by Allah to man-made laws,
      The democratic system will never be able to change from governing by man-made laws to Allah.
      ➡️ Not voting in an unislamic system will not solve the ummahs problems, it simply means abstaining from haraam.
      Voting in a unislamic system will not solve the ummahs problems, it subdues the muslims from calling for true change, it silences us and makes us complicit to the crimes the UK commits.
      ➡️ The Prophet has showed us a trial and tested method that established Allahs ruling system (Khilafah) which liberated and protected the muslims. As promised by Allah this same method will be used again to establish Khilafah and liberate the muslims again.
      “There will be Prophethood for as long as Allah wills it to be. Then He will remove it when He wills. Then there will be Khilafah on the Prophetic method and it will be for as long as Allah wills. Then He will remove it when He wills. Then there will be biting Kingship for as long as Allah Wills. Then He will remove it when He wills. Then there will be oppressive kingship for as long as Allah wills, then he will remove it when He wills. And then there will be Khilafah upon the Prophetic method” and then he remained silent”.
      Everything that the Prophet (saw) promised has already been fulfilled, with the exception of the last one - the Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood
      ➡️Our brothers + sisters in Palestine and around the world will only be liberated through Islam.
      We must call for the establishment of Islam The same way the prophet (saw) did.
      “So do not become weak, nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.” [TMQ 3:139]

      I even understand the sentiments Muslims show by using the voting tactics.
      the only problem is that our point is always what is palletable and allowed within boundaries defined by the same genocide enabelers.
      This shaikh is never publicly going to call the muslim armies to intervene,
      Is it because Islam doesn't allow you? Or dont want you to?
      Are we supporting any candidate that will argue for the right at least for muslim military intervention?

    This logic is so flawed. This is coming from the same guy who believed Hamza Yusuf of Scotland was using taqiya to establish leadership.
    Next day he ensured to make sure members of his board were all pro lgbt.
    Iman is belief statements and actions.
    Remember democracy cannot be upheld without voting.
    What does your vote represent?
    "I am choosing this party to legislate on my behalf"
    Remember only Allah SWT is the legislator.
    They always shout the same nonsense. How many years have they pushed the labour party? But who was responsible for "Prevent"? They cut the islam from the youth. Thats exactly how you stop Islam.
    Islam never attained victory by voting. We are muslims with honour. Dont bow down to this democratic system.

      Based on your first statement, you have already committed that crime by being resident here. As a citizen, you have, according to your statement, chosen the country to legislate on your behalf! By being a citizen, your abstention in the election is a vote. So you are voting whether you like it or not. Yes, if you really want to refrain then withdraw your citizenship.

      what you are saying would determine that you are not permitted by Islam to live in this country. So why the double standard; why aren't you telling everyone to leave the country and that it's impermissible also, along with voting, to live here?

    • @Henche28
      @Henche28 Před 18 dny

      @@muthiurrahman3207 can you not see the flaw in his argument? Instead of focussing on his obsession with politics just focus on the principles within the deen.
      Are you accountable for anyone else's actions? The answer is no. You'll be questioned about your own actions.
      If you view voting in a democratic system to be something which associates partners with Allah. Then refraining from the action is what you need to do.
      Remember Iman is defined as belief, statements and actions. It increases with obedience to Allah. It decreases with disobedience to Allah.
      There's nothing to add to his weak arguments of abstaining from a voting.
      It is amusing how even he admits in this video that refraining from voting on a massive scale can work. But he chooses to call you to be part of it rather than leave it.

      Allah says:
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, such are the kaafiroon.” [aayah 44];
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by that which Allaah has revealed, such are the zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)” [aayah 45];

    For those who oppose the sheikh's view, first of all, don't be disrespectful. He has explained it based on quran and sunnah, and with a clear reasoning.
    If you don't agree, then please respond to his reasoning in the video, don't just brush over it with sweeping statements. We want to learn and get the best understanding, not just emotional outbursts. Our Deen is a strong Deen, it doesn't need your feeble and emotional defensive-arguments to cover up in the face of facts and evidence.
    Those who argue that to vote is to choose a party to legislate on your behalf and therfore go against Allah's legislations, should consider the following: You have already committed that crime by being resident here in the UK. As a citizen, you have, according to your statement, chosen the country to legislate on your behalf! By being a citizen of the uk, your abstention in the election system is a vote. Let me repeat, by being a UK citizen, your abstention in the election system is a vote. And that abstained vote will go to the popular party, so you are essentially, a Labour or Tory supporter. You are voting whether you like it or not. Yes, if you really want to refrain then withdraw your citizenship.

    • @TheEyeOfTheStorm1924
      @TheEyeOfTheStorm1924 Před 21 dnem +1

    • @TheEyeOfTheStorm1924
      @TheEyeOfTheStorm1924 Před 21 dnem +2

      Allah says:
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, such are the kaafiroon.” [aayah 44];
      “. . . And whoever does not judge by that which Allaah has revealed, such are the zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)” [aayah 45];

    This comment is completely against Islam what is voting in Islam where does it fit in no where to say it falls in under those is a completely deviated statement saying voting is wajib is saying you must vote same as you mist pray witr this is not a minor abatement this is a serious and big and wrong thing to say as I always say I have disagreement with the sheikh and a single wrong opinion doesn't make one a deviant or we should stop respecting or create division for these matters I still respect the sheikh as if he has one 10 mistakes he has 100 good but this statement is undoubtedly wrong and against Islam
