I love how they are evenly matched. Shredder easily whopped the Turtles asses but you could sense his weakness with Splinter since they were on the same level of skill.
A way better fight than that what ever that confusing fight scene between Splinter AKA Roofus from Kim Possible and Shredder AKA Robo Shredder from that 2014 movie.
One of the great things about this fight is while Shredder keeps fighting like a traditional martial artist, Splinter combines his own martial arts with his newfound abilities as a mutant rat. Also symbolizes how Shredder refuses to let go of the past while Splinter accepts what has happened and is able to move on.
That was so badass how he was taking advantage of his own mutation. I guess a side thing with that that in the TMNT world, people who knew the best martial arts are so skilled they can take on monsters and robots, because they’re so trained!
I just can’t get enough of the scenes where splinter just absolutely bodies other characters, I mean if it wasn’t for karai, shedder would have died then and there.
The agility and flexibility of a rat combined with his martial arts mastery completely overwhelmed Shredder in moments when Yoshi took off the kid gloves. Shredder was only lasted as long as he did because Yoshi allowed it and Karai eventually intervene.

You know the difference between the relationship of Shredder and Splinter x Vander and Silco, is that Shredder hated him because he was jealous and spiteful towards him but Silco hated Vander cause they shared a vision together to free their people and nation and when he disagreed on his own methods and became their lap dog to protect Vi and Powder, that’s when he hated cause he believed he betrayed but he always had a level of respect
