    Straight arm finish is one thing I really like my clients to work on before re-organizing the full finish. So in this video, we talk about why and how it could help you improve your golf swing!!!

    totally makes sense, one has to turn upper body in order to finish with straight arms. good indicator!

    I've been wondering about this. Seems like whenever I hit an extreme hook or slice, my hands end up very near my chest in my follow through. Will give this a try.
    Thanks for the videos! Tips like: planting the inside of the trail foot at the top of the backswing; turning the right hip back as apposed to the lead hip forward in backswing; not overdoing spine/head tilt at address; etc seem to be helping my game. Btw, you might wanna adjust the "white balance" on your camera.

    Great video! Question, it looks like your aim on your screen is right of the center line. Is that right? Should I have my line on my home screen (skytrak) in between my feet and the ball? Odd question I know.. Thanks!

      He is shallowing out his club a bunch and gets an inside-out swing path. It draws back as he closes his face to the path. My guess is to keep the line at center and look up Larry's video on shallowing the swing. That would naturally give you a push draw like what he is doing here.

    Hi LC, what range of clubs and swing speed (low v normal) are best to try this drill?

    • @LarryCheungGolf
      @LarryCheungGolf  Před 2 lety

      depending on the golfer they can work on straight arm finish at full speed with all clubs =)

    Is this feel the same for all clubs, including driver?

      this is a drill, but their may be scenarios where I would ask a client to finish with straight arms with a driver =)

    Could thin shots be a result of a short arm finish?

      @LarryCheungGolf  Před 2 lety

      what causes you to finish with short arms could cause the thin shots =)
