girl I was doing research since last year! One person on IG who seems to think she has 'made it' outright tells ppl not to ask her what hair she uses. @@NikkoleyOley these hairstylists are very sneaky and they don't reveal the hair because they want to jack these costs up. I would never go to them I do not care how beautiful their work is. What is the big deal with telling peoole the name of the hair they use? It is so irksome something looking at their pages and reading their nasty attitudes

Thanks for the tutorial. I normally do my hair myself and I came across this style on the internet. I asked many many many stylists what kind of hair they used for these Passion Twists and they were being sooo stingy!
From what I’ve understood for Passion Twist you actually use Free Tress hair. There are videos out of it. Spring twist are something different. The way the style comes out depends on the hair utilized. Technique of course too. The point is that spring twist hair literally says Spring Twist. Just trying to be helpful. I do my hair myself as well!
I see from CZcams and IG they normally use the free tress water wave hair for the passion twist

New Subscriber. I’m doing this style later and I was looking for a video to really get the style down. I like how you get straight to the point, no mouth smacking, no ridiculousness. (I know everyone is different but sometimes I’m not in the mood for that). I also liked how shared products for keeping your natural hair moisturized just as I was thinking about that. I just installed with the amazon brand and doesn’t seem as easy to work with as what you have. Very hard to separate but the hair on Amazon is pretty soft. Prime example of cheaper not being better... ALL PUN intended😫😆😚 Beautiful results!
Ashleyhasit hi! Thank you for sharing your experience. Seperating was an issue for me as well. It kept tangling which drove me crazy. That's why in the videos I purposely pulled it apart quickly.. and dramatically lol. Maybe try that trick next time? I plan on trying out a few other brands to see what the texture difference is like. I think $60 for four packs is a lot compared to other braiding textures. Thank you so much again for the heads up... Maybe I'll something on AliExpress!
I prefer the amazon hair to the curl refinery. I didn't really have tangling issues.
Ashleyhasit I find if you stretch it before separating helps prevent tangling.
AliExpress is a good place to look too. I did short spring twist over the summer, and I bought 5 packs for like $25. For the short twist I used one whole pack and a little less than half of a second. I wanna do long ones for the winter and I have plenty of hair left.

Love the hair! So when you split one spring Twist in half, Do you use 1 part for a twist or both parts are used for a twist?

Both parts are used for the twist! So that way it's extra extra long, if you want it to come to your shoulders you could fold it in half

luvyaever you split over in half not cut! Then you overlap one whole spring twist with the half of a spring twist. I hope that made sense! I released another video showing how I do the crochet version! You should check it out!
