I just happened to find this after a recommendation from a friend. Does the dance method need to be learnt from a specific dance teacher? I'm in Ireland and I've never heard of it until now.

I'm trying to grok the drum beat on Stillness (last 6 min.) It sounds like its in groups of 2 and 3 dominant beats but I can't tell where the repeat is. Any help?

I think no. Jou have only to feel the rhytm and make movements in context of your feeling.
