From what I've seen in this video, I would take the cfmotto any day over the polaris. The polaris had a hesitation on the throttle, the cf didn't. The cf looks better than the polaris and has better standard equipment at a lower price than the polaris. So the cf has a little less HP, big whoop, I'm not a racer. I don't need to go 80+ mph. I think the warranty is also very good with the cf.

I’ve ridden both and I can tell you the Polaris is faster and has better handling than the cf moto. Cf Motos are tough but they wouldn’t be able to keep up with a Polaris or Can Am in the mountains…. But they would still do better than a lot of people would think. If you have a little maintenance and engine knowledge get a Polaris. They are faster and handle better but always goes through belts and sometimes even clutch work but If you are more of a casual rider get the cf moto. They seem to hold their value and are all around a decent machine for the price.

I do want to add that when I bought it in 2020 they were only either 8199 or 8499 I can’t exactly remember, that’s a 1000 dollar price increase. Also the cfmoto puts out right at 60 hp while the sportsman puts out 78. And I personally know the sportsman with the stock tires will do 80, if you care about that kind of thing. Now that you've covered what we don't get buying a sportsman, how about you do a performance comparison? Speed, mudding, hill climbing, etc. I'd be interested to see the results. I mean it's not like I haven't noticed the difference in the low number of CF Moto 4 wheelers and sxs compared the much higher number of Polaris 4 wheelers and sxs at the ohv parks where we ride. I'd like to see if there is a reason for that. If the Motos are just as good it seems nuts to spend more money on a different machine. As always, I really enjoy the content, great job bud! People who buy Yamaha , Polaris , Honda, etc. Your paying for the history and reputation of that brand . The CFmotos are definitely cheaper, but only by 25% max! The resale value of a Yamaha or Honda is amazing , don’t know much about Polaris, Suzuki and all the other good brands that have been around longer then I’ve been alive , but I can guarantee that the difference in what you’ll get for resale value will be significantly better then the CFmoto. Your depreciation percentage will be equivalent if lucky but most likely more with the Cf moto. Buy a Yamaha for $10,000 people will snag it up 10yrs later for $5000 all day long, get a CFmoto for $8000, 10 yrs later it’ll be worth $3000-$3500 , as people are more attracted to a brand with reputation.

My son runs a 2019 Sportsman 570 and I run a 2020 CForce 600T. we run together on the same trails and as far as keeping up with each other they are about the same. When it comes to obstacles they are nearly even except the lockout on my 600T seems to be more effective than the Polaris 4wd system. Then it comes to value...I have 3000 miles on my 600T with no repairs only maintenance. However, the Polaris has 3400 miles and has had a couple minor yet necessary shop visits revolving around the cooling system and a blown brake line. then comes price; my 600T came with winch, alloy rims, CVTech clutch, power steering, automotive paint and handguards, all of which are not standard nor did we get them on my boys machine with the exception of the winch. His machine cost over ten thousand whereas my 600T cost 7500 usd out the door. I love my Moto!

Pastor Blake, I'm a big fan of comparison vids. But to not add the expense of the aftermarket wheels and tires, the clutch kit and the cost of labor to remove the flares, could be considered misleading. If you're going to be fair I'm sure a stock 800xc is around somewhere. I'm sure you could approximate the cost of the winch and rack extenders plus labor to give as it sits cost for each machine. Mentioning that the xc has different wheels and tires doesn't take away from the strong impact the visuals make. I'm all for promoting a brand you believe in and I get to ride them 6 days a week, but you seemed to getting into an advertising "gray" area I didn't expect from you. Nothing personal, just an observation.

Actually all of the price info I talked about was for a stock 2022 CFORCE 800 and a Stock 2022 Polaris Sportsman 850. Plus the clutch is stock on the cforce in this video. The only aftermarket items on the cforce 800 in this video is the tires and wheels.. the only aftermarket items on the sportsman is the tires, racks and the winch.
I'm was not misleading in my information at all.. and as a matter of fact the only negative things I said about the Polaris is the price and how difficult it is to work on one.
I was very clear about what was not included on one from the factory.
And no that was the only Cforce 800 that I had access to at the time to make that video.
Both had aftermarket tires so I felt that was a fair visual look.
And no matter what, as they both sat, the sportsman was still more expensive than the Cforce in this video with their included upgrades.
      Thanks for watching 👍

My friend has a 20017/18 Sportsman 570 which drives good and rides nice. But where they put the battery is a terrible spot. Right out in the open, exposed to everything down by the steering components. A great spot for it to get pierced by a tree limb or something else. Also I don't think there's much holding it down either. For what they are Polaris are nice machines but they have the habit of certain things wrong. Plus they've gotten to the point where their pricing is too much for what you're getting. They're asking Can-Am prices for machines that aren't Can-Am quality or performance.
